We recently connected with Jerold Limongelli and have shared our conversation below.

Jerold, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?

My Company MVN Movement was scaling beautifully, doing over six figures in revenue within the 1st year of business. Going into my second year, we were on target to expand and scale when everything came to a sudden halt. I had a radical encounter with God and had to re-evaluate my coaching program, especially what I was teaching. In that time of rebuild, I recorded several zero-income months. It was a painful & testing time in my life. I wasn’t sure if I would rebound from this shift in identity. However, through patience and prayer, I was connected with a gentleman named Eric Scoggins, who supported me in re-writing my program to be in alignment with my faith & principles. Eric later became my partner, and we are now leading men worldwide to strengthen and develop their relationship with God to become divine leaders, husbands, fathers, and sons.

Jerold, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I am a Christian who is deeply connected & relational with God. Everything I do in my work is to honor God and serve others. I spent over a decade lost in the New Age lifestyle, constantly looking for the next healing, upgrade, purpose, or deeply needed element of self-love. In December 2022, I had a radical encounter with God and gave my life to Christ Jesus. Peace, Joy, and all the fruits of the Holy Spirit have given me everything I have been searching for my whole life.

I own and operate a Men’s Personal development company MVN Movement with my Partner Dr. Eric Scroggins. We take men on a 12-week Mind, Body, Spirit & Service journey centered around God. We teach men how to build and/or strengthen their relationship with God and assist them with the personal development skills to become effective Leaders, divine husbands, fathers, and Sons of the world.

What I’m most proud of is the work I’m doing to bring God’s message into the hearts of men worldwide. To deepen the faith of believers and plant seeds in the hearts of Men who are curious to know him. The most powerful thing I’ve learned in my lifetime is if we become dependent on ourselves or mankind to heal our hearts, we will always fall short. We must place our lives on the altar for God to remove the chains that have kept us living in sadness. Everything is possible through a deeper relationship with God and MEN care, crying out for his love.

I’m not a savior, your healer, your divine king but a humble servant of God. Ive made 1,000’s of mistakes over a lifetime, Traveled the world seeking gurus, shamans, mystics, and more! I’m grateful God sent me out on this mindless mission because now I know exactly how to speak to the Men that are as lost as I once was. I made well over 6 figures in multiple careers but never loved the man I looked at in the mirror. My mission is to support men look outside their business success and evaluate the fruits of their life. To better understand what life could be if you put God first!

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

I always focused on Grass Roots marketing to grow my business. In a world of paid ads and algorithms, I wanted to stand out as authentic. Loving & caring. Many people in personal development are more focused on themselves than the actual clients in need. It becomes about scaling and charging more. I wanted to focus on Impact & service to others. Every person I have the opportunity to connect with natural matters. Even iif they don’t sign up for my programs, I give them value that’s always been the goal and the company’s mission.

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?

My fiance was praying for me to find the path in my business that God has annoited for me. It was a tough 6-8 months for us as my business took a massive halt when I shut it down to build it up. While praying, she heard the Name Eric Scroggins, who was a pastor she knew from back home I’m Washington. She reached out and said I don’t know why but I want you to connect with my fiance and talk to him. Within a few days, we were on a zoom call. After chatting for a few minutes, he said to me…….

“You can’t put new wine into old wineskins.” Mark 2:22

That verse made so much sense to me when I heard it. I knew at that point I had to rebuild my business & teachings from the ground up. Eric invited me to fly to Washington and stay at his home. We spent a few days working on re-writing the “MVN XII” program. With a fresh new take and direction, we were ready to step back in the market and support men. Eric became my partner, and we are stronger than ever!
