Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Just being consistent daily 365 for over 10 years never missing a day. Our goal across all platforms is to deliver as much value to the end user as possible. We don’t post for us we post for them. We listen engage and try to give them content that can help educate and motivate them to be their healthiest and happiest. The key is consistency it doesn’t matter if you post great content once a month it’s what you repeatedly day in and day out that builds the relationship.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Referrals always and forever, even with social media and the podcast for us reaching hundreds of thousands of people still to this day the best source is word of moth via referrals of happy clients.
