We were lucky to catch up with Jeremy Dalton recently and have shared our conversation below.
Jeremy, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. If you had a defining moment that you feel really changed the trajectory of your career, we’d love to hear the story and details.
The most recent defining moment in my sound healing journey was being able to be apart of a important IVF Journey. There is a wonderful couple ( Brat & Judy from Brat Loves Judy) There T.V show is on WETV and it captured the moment that opened the way for them to have a child. Brat is 48 yrs old and was having trouble allowing her eggs to hold. There therapist suggested sound healing and reiki to clear any trauma or blockages. I was there sound therapist for there journey she is now blessed to have a son which was born on July 6th.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to unlearn the confines of normalcy to really hone into my spiritual gift. By societal norms, I would be an outcast however, when I accepted the rarity of my calling of being a minister of music. I was able to connect with my mental healing by understanding sound frequency during 2020 the world needed a safe space to heal that open up the doors for me to connect with the mental awareness around sound healing community, my version of “normal” was not only accepted but, authentically embraced.
The back story of not being accepted due to the color of my skin & the way I thought everyone should be equal in my early adult life, I began to suffer from the effects of depression & anxiety when I was 33 I tried to commit suicide.God stepped in and brought me through letting me know I had more to do here on earth. I was able to get connectect to a therapist that introduced me to yoga and meditation and began a long journey back towards mental wellness. The introduction to crystal quartz bowls & the practice of sound meditation not only confirmed what I’ve always known — that music can save lives— but it finally made “crystal” clear of my life purpose: to not only use my musical talents to help myself, but to serve my community and the world, too.

Other than training/knowledge, what do you think is most helpful for succeeding in your field?
The most helpful things to do outside of training is connecting with your propose being authentic by practicing your craft drawing that connecting with oneness allows that same energy to flow when you are holding space for others
