Hi Jeremy, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
For the last 5 years, my company, airSales.io, has been offering outsourced SDR solutions for B2B companies. Our service mainly involves hiring remote contractors to handle inbox management and schedule discovery calls, demos, or appointments for our clients. However, we are now developing the “SmartSDR” with the recent advancements in AI technology.
The SmartSDR is not just another virtual robot. It’s an intelligent sales tool that takes care of all the initial outreach and analyzes each conversation to produce appropriate responses. The SmartSDR is built with specific goals in mind and adaptive algorithms, which learn from each interaction to improve its outreach over time. I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey at a very young age by selling attractive stones from my grandmother’s driveway to passing people on the sidewalk. I continued to experiment with different projects until I graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. After college, I moved from Buffalo, NY, to Los Angeles, CA, to pursue a career in marketing and advertising. After several years of working for others, I took the plunge and started my own agency. Since then, we have expanded our business throughout the US and Europe, working with over 250 companies and startups. We stand out in the industry for our ability to build our own sales technology and infrastructure, which allows us to optimize costs and provide better ROI to our clients. Our data-centric approach involves a business intelligence platform that helps us make informed decisions when optimizing campaigns. By combining custom-built technology, in-depth data analysis, and remaining client-focused, we have succeeded in a highly competitive space. It’s satisfying to hear when clients praise our work and say that airSales has been the most successful cold outreach campaign they’ve ever seen.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
We’re 100% self-funded and aren’t seeking outside investors at this time.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The majority of our new business comes from our SmartSDR team, and we also benefit greatly from client referrals. We don’t spend anything on advertising!
