Man Up International Alliance is deeply committed to serving underserved communities, particularly focusing on young men who face socio-economic challenges, limited access to quality education, and a lack of positive male role models. Our mission is to bridge these gaps by offering a comprehensive mentorship program that includes character development, academic support, career guidance, and life skills training.

We understand that many of the young men in our program come from environments where opportunities are scarce, and they may be at risk of falling through the cracks. To address this, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where they can explore their potential, learn critical life skills, and build strong, positive relationships with mentors who are dedicated to their success.

Our programs are designed to be holistic, addressing not only the academic and career needs of our mentees but also their emotional, spiritual, and social development. My name is Jeremiah Pojah, and I am honored to lead an organization dedicated to empowering young men in who need guidance and support. My journey into this field was inspired by a deep-seated desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who face significant challenges, often without the necessary support systems to help them overcome these obstacles.

Man Up International Alliance is a faith-based, community-focused organization that provides mentorship, guidance, and life skills training to young men who are at risk of being left behind due to socio-economic barriers. Our mission is to nurture these individuals into well-rounded, responsible, and successful men who can positively contribute to their communities.

Services We Provide:

Mentorship: We offer one-on-one and group mentorship, pairing young men with positive role models who guide them through personal and academic challenges.

Academic Support: We provide tutoring, college preparation assistance, and resources for vocational training to help our mentees achieve educational success.

Leaving Public School Education
Leaving the teaching profession was not an easy decision, but it was one driven by a deeper calling to impact young lives beyond the classroom walls. As a teacher, I had the privilege of guiding students through their academic journeys, but I often felt constrained by the traditional educational system, unable to fully address the broader challenges that many of my students faced. This realization led me to explore how I could make a more holistic and lasting impact on young people’s lives, which ultimately led to my transition into full-time mentorship and entrepreneurship.

Today, through Man Up International Alliance and BTG Education LLC, I am dedicated to empowering young men and women in underserved communities. Man Up International Alliance allows me to mentor young men, providing them with the guidance, support, and life skills they need to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. BTG Education LLC extends this mission by offering specialized training programs, such as our Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) program, which equips young adults with the skills and qualifications necessary for a stable and rewarding career in healthcare. This transition has allowed me to create programs that address both the personal and professional development of young people, helping them to succeed not just academically, but in all aspects of their lives.

Over time, both Man Up International Alliance and BTG Education LLC have established strong reputations within our community and market, thanks to a steadfast commitment to quality, integrity, and impactful results. At Man Up International Alliance, our dedication to mentoring young men and helping them overcome life’s challenges has resonated deeply with families, schools, and local organizations. The positive transformations we’ve seen in our mentees, combined with our emphasis on character development and community engagement, have earned us trust and respect from those we serve.
