We were lucky to catch up with Jeorgette Briscoe recently and have shared our conversation below.

Jeorgette, appreciate you joining us today. Can you tell us the backstory behind how you came up with the idea?

It all started just having a conversation with friends all different topics and as friends we always talk the real and raw with no filter. So the podcast discussions are mainly after dark content that includes conversations about relationships, dating, and/or sexual contents. I plan every week according to the topic I choose and do my research. I pick a day daily to record and post weekly every Wednesday to all streaming platforms and also visual on YouTube.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Well my name is Jeorgette Briscoe and I am the host of FOH After Dark Podcast started by my two brothers, they started the FOH Brand. I basically got into the industry by wanting to have everyday conversations about sex, dating, and relationships but I stay straight forward and ask the dirtiest questions. Sometimes I have guest or co-hosts and try to make them comfortable for the uncomfort-ness if that’s even a word. I’m different for many because of bluntness and realness. We also joke around. I also an upcoming entrepreneur Smiley Crafts & Thangs. I customized sublimation tumblers, resin/epoxy rolling trays, and party favors. I also sponsor the FOH Podcast Brand as well. I am also a single mother. I keep myself busy but not busy enough to spending time with my boys. I make no excuses and motivated by the FOH Brand because those two guys both work full time jobs, take care of their families, do their Podcast, filming, and etc.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

I would say ALWAYS work as a team. Especially if you have more than one person into anything. Split up the workload and communicate as a team. Never make one person feel like they doing everything. Make it easy and make sure everyone is always on the same task.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

I would like to gain more of an audience base. I want to start better communication with the audience and get feedback and gain a relationship with them.
