Jenny, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Looking back on your career, have you ever worked with a great leader or boss? We’d love to hear about the experience and what you think made them such a great leader.

The best boss that I ever had allowed me to have ownership of my role. It allows for me to grow in confidence, trust others and utilize his same leadership skills when in began my own company.

Jenny, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I can speak into this a lot. The reason that I got into this business was simply to help people. I discovered the enneagram early on and realized what a powerful tool it was to help me not only create self-awareness, but also other-awareness.
This tool helps me coach people to the best version of themselves, develop best relationships with those in their inner circle, so they can discover their best self.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

In high school, I care so much about being popular and getting the best grades. Although there is nothing wrong with either, I wish I works have five tubs differently.
I coach people to do what they really desire, instead of focusing on motivations that are serving others.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

I have went through many struggles in my life. Some of those are due to my personality’s motivation to reform, but others come from the realities of life. I believe my faith in God had allowed me to overcome very challenging situations and continues to, today.
