Jenny and Patty, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about a project that you’ve worked on that’s meant a lot to you.

One of the most meaningful projects we have ever worked on was a master bedroom and bathroom redesign for a client who was going through an incredibly difficult time. She had reached out to us because she had been diagnosed with a very rare type of cancer and was about to begin a long and painful treatment journey. She had two young children, her home felt chaotic, and she needed one space in her life that could offer true peace and relief.

She told us, ‘I just need one room where I can breathe.’
And that really stayed with us.

Designing that space became about so much more than aesthetics. We focused on creating a serene sanctuary—soft textures, calming colors, gentle lighting, and thoughtful details like some handicap features , that supported both rest and emotional comfort. Throughout the process, we worked closely with her to understand what would help her feel reassured and grounded on the hardest days.

For us, it was meaningful because it reminded me of the power design has to genuinely impact someone’s well-being. It wasn’t about a trend or a big reveal—it was about giving her a space where she could heal, recover, and find a sense of calm during the most overwhelming chapter of her life. That project reaffirmed why we do what we do.
