Jae Elle Consulting, LLC is dedicated to the vision of “Educate, Lead, Empower,” with a mission to guide women from spiritual bondage to liberation. This reflects our commitment to nurturing growth and resilience, particularly among women of color, drawing from our deep understanding of the challenges they face. This vision speaks to the core of what it means to be a guide and a beacon of hope. Education is the key to unlocking potential, leading involves setting an example and paving the way for others, and empowering is about giving others the tools and confidence to stand strong. It acknowledges the unique challenges faced by women of color and the vital importance of education and leadership in overcoming these obstacles.

My role as a mother and friend adds another layer of depth to this vision. It’s not just about guiding others, but also nurturing them, much like a family. In this way, my vision extends beyond the individual, aiming to uplift entire communities through knowledge, guidance, and support. My mission is a testament to the transformative power of spiritual freedom and resilience. It’s about breaking the chains that hold women back, be they societal, personal, or spiritual. My mission is not just to help women adapt to changes but to embrace and lead them confidently. This reflects my own journey towards healing and freedom, making my mission deeply personal and heartfelt.

At Jae Elle Consulting, LLC, my ethos is deeply rooted in the spirit of Psalm 118:17: “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” This verse encapsulates my core belief in the resilience and potential of every woman I work with. As the CEO and Founder, I am driven by a mission to harness this resilience, channeling it into tangible success through education, leadership, and empowerment.

My Journey and Inspiration

My journey into this field was inspired by a desire to see women, especially those of color, overcome barriers and flourish. Recognizing the lack of adequate support and resources, I founded Jae Elle Consulting, LLC to bridge this gap. My path has been shaped by personal experiences and a passion for serving others, leading me to develop a unique approach that combines practical skills with deep emotional and spiritual support.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

I’d be honored to share a part of my story. My journey, deeply personal and challenging, is a testament to resilience and triumph over adversity. As a survivor of sexual assault and domestic violence, I’ve faced profound struggles that have tested my strength and spirit. Being a woman of color added layers of complexity to these experiences, as I navigated societal biases and personal trauma.

However, my story is not solely defined by these painful chapters. It’s also a narrative of victory and empowerment. Each obstacle I’ve overcome has fortified my resolve and deepened my compassion for others facing similar battles. These experiences, while rooted in trauma, have been transformative, guiding me towards a path of healing and helping others.

My life’s story embodies the power of resilience and the unyielding spirit of survival. It’s a reminder that even in the darkest moments, there is hope and the potential for triumph. This journey has shaped who I am and fuels my dedication to empowering others to find their own paths to victory.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Word of mouth has been the most effective strategy in growing my clientele so far. The personal stories and experiences shared by those who have benefited from our services have organically attracted others who are seeking similar transformations. However, I am very much open to exploring more networking opportunities and platforms to share my story. I believe that by reaching a wider audience and sharing the depth of my journey, I can connect with more dedicated and intentional clients who are truly ready to transform their lives.
