Hi Jennifer, thanks for joining us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Being successful can mean different things to different people, it can vary based on individual goals and aspirations. Success often involves navigating through failures, rejections, and unexpected changes. I had to develop resilience to bounce back from setbacks and learn from them. I had to cultivate a positive mindset and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging times,(side note this is an ongoing everyday process for me)To believe in my abilities and maintain optimism. Positive thinking can help us all overcome obstacles, find creative solutions, and stay motivated. I’m learning Maintaining a positive outlook increase our chances of achieving success in various aspects of life.

Jennifer, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Here at That’s BAE ,we are passionate about spreading awareness of the blessings that surround us all and empowering individuals to recognize their inherent value. We believe that practicing gratitude and understanding one’s worth leads to personal growth, happiness, and a deep sense of fulfillment.

Our approach incorporates the powerful practice of gratitude journaling, which has been proven to have transformative effects on well-being and mindset.

We offer the ”That’s BAE Gratitude Journals;” ”The Gratitude Journey Teen Journal;” ”That’s BAE Composition notebooks;” our Interactive “Gratitude Journaling Workshops” where we guide participants in the art of gratitude journaling, and most recently, ”That’s BAE Kid’s Gratitude Journals,” Which I designed with my 9-year-old son Emory.

Designing and developing a kid’s journal with my son has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. Him showing interest in not just journaling, but coming up with his own journal for kids his age had me overjoyed.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

In today’s business landscape, transparency has become a crucial element in building a strong reputation.

Transparency fosters meaningful connections with your customers. When you openly communicate about your values, mission, and goals, you allow customers to align themselves with your brand. This engagement builds loyalty, as customers appreciate the genuine and open nature of your business.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

The power of unlearning self-doubt is an incredible journey that I have embarked upon, liberating myself from the shackles of insecurity and limitations. It involves challenging and dismantling the deeply ingrained beliefs that hold me back–replacing them with a renewed sense of self-confidence and belief in my abilities.

I’m learning to open myself up to new possibilities and unleash my true potential. I’m learning to trust my instincts, embrace failure as a stepping stone to success, and cultivate a resilient mindset that propels me forward despite obstacles.

Unlearning self-doubt empowers me to take risks, pursue my passions, and achieve personal growth. It allows me to silence the inner critic and instead foster a compassionate and supportive inner dialogue that nurtures my self-esteem. Ultimately, the power of unlearning self-doubt liberates me from the constraints of negative self-perception, enabling me to embrace my true potential, pursue my dreams, and live a life filled with confidence, purpose, and fulfillment.
