Jennifer, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Any thoughts about whether to ask friends and family to support your business. What’s okay in your view?
I believe the friends and family that want to see you succeed will support you how they can. It may not be purchasing your product, but in small ways like sharing your social media posts or telling others about your business. However, other business owners and complete strangers have been some of my biggest supporters over the years.

My journey into the glamping business stemmed from a deep-seated desire to craft unparalleled and unforgettable experiences for my clientele. It all began with a yearning to break away from the conventional and mundane, to offer something truly distinctive in the world of hospitality. Fueled by a passion for adventure and a love for the great outdoors, I embarked on a mission to redefine luxury camping. With meticulous attention to detail and boundless creativity, I transformed ordinary camping into an extraordinary escapade, right in my client’s backyard. In this pursuit of excellence, I found not only a business but a calling – one dedicated to crafting moments of magic and enchantment for all who seek them.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Building a good reputation for my glamping and event business was a journey marked by genuine care and a commitment to excellence. Leveraging the power of customer Google reviews, I cultivated a community of satisfied guests who eagerly shared their glowing experiences, serving as beacons of trust and credibility for potential visitors. However, beyond the metrics, my kindness extended even to my competitors. Embracing a spirit of collaboration rather than competition, I fostered relationships built on mutual respect and support.

Can you share one of your favorite marketing or sales stories?
Initially uncertain about investing in a vehicle wrap featuring my logo, I questioned whether the expense would truly yield a worthwhile return. However, now that my van proudly displays my brand wherever it goes, I’ve come to realize it’s become my favorite method of visibility. The once-doubtful expenditure has transformed into an invaluable asset, as my branded vehicle has become a mobile advertisement, effortlessly drawing attention and sparking curiosity wherever it travels. Not only has it elevated the professionalism of my business, but it has also become a conversation starter, leading to an increase in inquiries and bookings for my services. My van has become more than just a mode of transportation; it’s become a powerful tool for business growth and a source of pride in showcasing my brand to the world.
