We recently connected with Jennifer Morilla and have shared our conversation below.
Jennifer, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you recount a story of an unexpected problem you’ve faced along the way?
Scaling too fast! Its a good problem to have, and Its a BIG problem to have if you don’t have the right mentorship or you aren’t going ‘slow’ enough to see the disaster. I would say one of the hardest things has been pivoting and shifting quickly enough to CATCH myself. The biggest changes I’ve made is making fast decisions in my business and adapting accordingly.
Jennifer, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

In 2018, Jennifer decided to shift her business, and begin to impact the world in another way. She put The Social Girl Traveler to rest and launched Jennifer Morilla, LLC. Where she began to educate entrepreneurs on how to build a brand online.
Jen prides herself on helping bring more women to the head of the table so they can make their own individual impact and improve the world for generations to come.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
By being honest with them and sharing the ups and downs of owning a business. When you market yourself you get used to sharing the wins, the fun things that comes a long with your business, fast cash injections but the blood sweat and tears that comes along with that isn’t always talked about. Somedays you want to burn it all down and wonder if entrepreneurship is for you. Sharing the lows and struggles that you have to face is something that I want my audience to see to show them that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and they will get through it.
