Jennifer, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

It is a common misconception that in order to make an income online you need to be an influencer or celebrity with a huge following and doing the silly dances and trends. I always saw the value in utilizing digital marketing to make an income however as a working mom of two teenagers, my hair is usually in a messy mom bun and the thought of filming my day in and day out and posting it online made me cringe. In December 2023 I was introduced to the concept of faceless marketing. I fell in love with it as it gives the ordinary woman that doesn’t want to put herself online, the ability to utilize social media to create a passive income to achieve that dream life… For some women that might be bringing in additional income around a 9-5 to break the paycheck to paycheck cycle.. For others that could be being a fully present stay at home mom and earning an income while spending time with your kids. After spending 17 years in a career that caused me to sacrifice so many moments with my family and friends, it has become my passion to help as many women as possible learn how to start successful businesses with the power of the internet and social media. That is the mission behind Fabulous & Faceless. To be able to inspire that mom who is sitting at work tonight, missing family dinner, and let her know that her dreams aren’t crazy… That there is more to life… and encourage her to go after it!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I did everything society said to do… I went to college, found a career, had a family…. Then after 17 years in the restaurant management industry I found myself burnt out and miserable. One night I was tucking my daughter in over FaceTime and I just decided I couldn’t do it anymore. I knew there was more purpose to life than just working, paying bills and missing all the important moments. At that moment, totally full of fear, I went into my office and typed up my resignation. I will never forget. I didn’t know what I was going to do, or how, but I just knew I couldn’t live like that any longer and had faith the rest would work out. That was five years ago and I have never looked back.

The past five years have been a journey… I learned quickly that entrepreneurship is not easy… However nothing great usually is. When I left my job my goal was to find something I could do to earn an income while being able to own my time.. I started network marketing, then got into e-commerce with eBay and Amazon, did some doordash on the side.. There were times I had 3 side hustles going at once just to get by and not have to go back to a 9-5. Showing up during those times is hard but it’s so important to stay consistent. It wasn’t until December 2024 that I found my passion with faceless marketing. In January 2025 I created Fabulous and Faceless. I provide a digital marketing course as well as 1:1 mentorship to others helping them find their passion and learn how to turn it into a brand and utilize social media to monetize it. Nothing is more rewarding to me than to watch one of my students cross something off their vision board and know that it’s because they took a risk on themselves. It is truly the best feeling when you’re in the moment of a major accomplishment and you know it’s because you went after your dreams. We also sell ebooks to help women who have already been an entrepreneur learn how to use social media to generate additional revenue. Fabulous and faceless has helped over 300 students get started in their digital marketing journeys and we are hitting the milestone of 5000 followers as we speak. I have never been more passionate about what I am doing. It no longer feels like work. I am truly getting to live out my dream of owning my time while being able to make an income helping and serving others. I look forward to continue to enhance my own skills to be able to reach and help more people go after their dreams.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The most effective strategy I have had for growing my clientele is utilizing Instagram to reach my target client and offer them a free ebook. This helps me provide them value while learning their goals to see if my services could benefit them.

Do you have multiple revenue streams – if so, can you talk to us about those streams and how your developed them?

My business has supplementary income streams with brand ambassadorship and affiliate marketing. Due to our growth within the first year I have been able to generate additional income via reel creation for other brands. I also receive affiliate commissions for recommending various products and services that would help someone else create an online business.
