We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jennifer Littlefield. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jennifer below.
Alright, Jennifer thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?
My parents left Vietnam during the war on a boat, not knowing where they would end up or if they would even survive. Their dream of a better life was what kept them resilient.
Growing up I never had my own bedroom, and our apartment didn’t have a washer or dryer. So believe me when I say: I know all the strain and excitement there is for home ownership. I’ve lived it.
I’m thankful for my parents for instilling such a hard work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit into my life. As an adult, I’ve channeled that same passion into this industry and my relationships with those I work with. I’m inspired to help people search and sell their homes because I know how impactful the transitions can be.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
You need someone in your corner who can guide the way. I want to carry the weight and stress on your behalf so that you can focus on what’s most important in the process of selling or buying your home.
My clients hire me for my expertise, resources and the high level of care & dedication I provide. I don’t take what I do lightly. This is as important to me as it is to you.
Home is a sacred space and the relationships I build with clients along the way is what makes my work so meaningful.
Here are a few things to know about me before we begin our working relationship:
I am fluent in Vietnamese and was born and raised in Hawaii. So I have the natural “aloha spirit”
I have over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and negotiating
I have lived in Las Vegas for over 13 years
I will always explain every part of the process and avoid “realtor talk”; meaning, I’ll be very clear about the steps we take together from start to finish
I have heard clients say, “Jen was also extremely organized and never skipped a beat! She paid close attention to the details about my life and helped me choose a home that fits my lifestyle and goals best. Her guidance truly felt genuine–I felt like she was looking out for my best interest and not just here to make a transaction.” That’s what I live for, hearing those kind words
At the end of the day, it’s not the property, but the people who make a home. And it’s truly one of the greatest honors of my life to help guide people through this transition.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
It’s so important to keep a high level of Trust and Credibility in what we do. Most if not all, my clients have generously helped to grow my clientele by referring me to their family or friends. Referrals from existing clients provide a level of trust and credibility that is even more valuable compared to any other means of advertisement.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Providing exceptional customer service is crucial in growing my clientele base. When clients feel valued and respected, they are more likely to seek services again and recommend you to others. Build a strong online presence: Also having a strong online presence in this era is important because thats the most effective means of connection. Communication tools such as a user-friendly website, active social media profiles, and positive reviews can help attract new clientele and build trust with them.
