Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jennifer Geier. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Jennifer, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
I’m so excited to share with you! My story began 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and everything I knew about baking and cooking changed. So I dove in and found my passion in sharing my food with others. Whether it’s baking sweets or sharing gluten free recipes!

Jennifer, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I sell lots of gluten free baked goods to my local customers and continue to add to the menu! From decorated sugar cookies, cakes, gourmet cookies, cupcakes, chocolates, cinnamon buns and more! I also love to share some of my gluten free recipes and meal ideas. You’ll also find me sharing photos of gluten free finds in stores or travel places for gluten free! Anything and everything gluten free!

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Gluten free baking can definitely be a challenge in and of itself. It definitely took a lot of time to figure out the “science” of it and how to get foods to taste the same as I remembered. But the journey has been so worth it because I’ve learned so much! I have made a career out of something I truly love! So easy? No! Worth it? A thousand times yes!

What is your why?
My family is my WHY. They are why I do what I do. I love that I get to run my business from home right now to be here for my kids. Baking and cooking is like therapy to me. But the best part about it to me is the joy it brings to others. I especially love getting photos from customers with their gluten free kids enjoying their treats! It can be really hard to find great gluten free treats and I love giving that to people! I also love that I have so many customers who are not gluten free that still love my treats! “Gluten free” can get a bag rap so I love that I can prove people wrong in that! My favorite thing to make is anything floral!
