Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jennifer Cordova. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Jennifer, thanks for joining us today. Do you think folks should manage their own social media or hire a professional? What do you do?
Currently I do all of the social media and manage the website. We have a TikTok account, an Instagram account, and a Facebook private VIP group. We have a website and can ship to anywhere in the USA. We do also have a Link tree account where you can subscribe to email or text messages. The link tree will connect you with our website and all of our social media. A majority of our sales currently come from people we know and have connected with on Facebook. We have been working diligently to get our website updated more frequently. Another thing we have started is TikTok lives. Focusing more on all of our platforms is something we are passionate about in 2024. We want to concentrate on TikTok and build real connections with people. We also just launched online parties. Party hosts will earn free rewards to redeem on any of our merchandise.

Jennifer, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I have always been creative and loved crafting. I started my business in 2021. after using my stimulus check to purchase my first cricut maker. Within a few weeks of beginning to do custom designs, I purchased a sublimation printer. I was having so much fun creating things for my friends and family that I decided to create a business out of it. I believe one of the things that sets us apart is our passion for the industry and the fact that we are always looking for new ways to improve and grow. When things get hard, we don’t give up. We are constantly thinking outside the box and looking for ways to reward our loyal customers. We also offer our customers way to earn free products. Giveaways are a huge thing that we do as well. We believe that our customers are the most important part of our business and therefore we look for new ways to thank them often and give back. I am most proud of how far we have come since starting this adventure 3 years ago. We offer a wide variety of custom items from apparel to Bluetooth speaker tumblers and everything in between. We offer custom doormats, license plates, stone photo slates, keychains, mousepads, koozies, coasters, ornaments, coffee cups, and so much more.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The biggest thing is staying consistent with advertising and posting. One of the best ways we have grown our clientele is by networking online and at events. We currently have displays in 3 different places as well which helps to build clients even when we are not present. Our main source of building clientele has been word of mouth. Positive feedback from our customers goes a long way and we really appreciate that.

How did you build your audience on social media?
We have spent a lot of time networking with like-minded individuals. We have collaborated with quite a few other small businesses to share each other’s posts etc. Our main platform we have spent the time to grow is Facebook. Currently, we are working hard to build our Tiktok platform and doing lives every Saturday on there. My best advice is to form genuine connections with people. Pay attention to your target audience and what they want to see,
