We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jenna Quentin. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jenna below.
Hi Jenna, thanks for joining us today. Learning the craft is often a unique journey from every creative – we’d love to hear about your journey and if knowing what you know now, you would have done anything differently to speed up the learning process.
The patience required to be consistent in the work while waiting. I once had a moth cocoon on my counter for 9 months – it was worth the wait, and so will your metamorphosis.
I learn from doing and many of us just need to start. Start filming the video, the Instagram account etc.
I also have learned faster through coaches and mentors! Everyone needs one.
The obstacles are often in my mindset and my view of myself – however, staying small doesn’t serve others!
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Hey, I’m Jenna Quentin, and I believe in the power of sharing our stories, the natural power of body, and the power of community.
Focusing on chiropractic wasn’t what I envisioned when I started my writing career in 2007. Then Chiropractic helped me after a traumatic birth to be able to lift my child, sneeze and live without pain. It helped me to run a half-marathon. It helped my child through Sensory Processing Disorder and primitive reflex integration. It supports my husband in his active career.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping chiropractors to thrive in this new world where the online space is more vital than ever. I founded Adjust Your Media, a digital agency, where I provide content creation and social media management to chiropractors who need to delegate and automate! I also coach to chiropractors and their teams who are ready to take their in-house social media/content to the next level to engage and educate. But let me back up.
I’m a Kansas girl who grew up with everything natural. I was born at home, breastfed, never vaccinated, home schooled and vegetarian. The medicines I knew were herbs, homeopathic remedies, Chiropractic, whole food supplements, and “rub some dirt on it.” Then I married a Frenchman and lived my personal fairytale in Bordeaux, France for five years. When we came back to the USA, I brought back a passion for cheese, a love for learning and a nameless cat, who is the trifecta of attitude (French, feline and female).
My firefighter husband and I now have four kiddos. I’m still pretty crunchy. Within 24 hours of birth, my Chiro-bestie was checking and adjusting my babies. They were all born at home, and we still prioritize natural remedies and dirt. (But now I eat steak.)
Through the years, I’ve continued growing as a writer, from journalism to blogging for websites, newspapers and magazines. Like I said, my heart for chiropractic has grown from personal experience seeing the return of life and function to my loved ones and myself! So now this is the niche that I focus on exclusively.

These things fuel me and remind me of my purpose.
Family – my why and who: my husband Vincent, and four kiddos.
Accessibility – Let’s make good things available to everyone, no matter their status. This includes access to health, information, love & beauty.
Stories – Your story matters & the world needs to hear it. I want my stories to inspire you & bring you hope. I believe in the power of words to give life & hope. Information to feed the mind, stories to enrich the soul and people whose words fire the heart.
Natural & Simple – I believe in removing interferences to experience the restorative power. Barefoot, subluxation-free, unplugged. Simple beauty is in everyday things done well.
Keystone of Faith – I believe there is One greater than I. A source of higher power and knowledge who loves me. I believe that Love created me, keeps me, and holds all my relationships together.
Integrity – My motivation is to serve you well, on-time, with great communication. When mistakes happen (and they do!) I correct them, learn & move on.
Have you ever had to pivot?
YES! I started out in children’s literature, writing for magazines and newspapers. I pivoted to journalism and writing for businesses.
Then I niched down into natural healthcare, specifically chiropractic. It has been amazing to follow the trail of what actually works, provides a needed service and provides value to the world.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Being real and truthful on social media and in person. I show up with or without makeup. I make mistakes and I apologize.
I research my field endlessly, both in marketing and social media as well as my subject matter of chiropractic. I attend chiro conferences not just to sell – I sit in the session and take copious notes. Attendees and organizers notice this and it gives me a lot of credibility and respect in the field.
I want to always provide more value. My heart is to give, love, and serve out of my own abundance. The lesson there is, is that I need to have the self-love to always be abundant.
