We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jenna Johnson. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jenna below.
Jenna, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
For 2.5 years, I endured an incredibly painful journey, battling what was eventually diagnosed as Lupus, though doctors were uncertain if that was the true cause. The pain was relentless, coursing through my bones, muscles, and joints. Daily migraines and brain fog clouded my mind, and I began to lose my mobility. My husband had to help me with basic tasks, and most of my days were spent confined to bed.
At a certain point, I realized that my physical condition was beyond my immediate control. But I refused to let my mental well being slip away. That’s when I began the Live Hard program. For a year, I committed to working out twice a day—mostly light yoga or walking, as it was all I could manage at the time. I drank a gallon of water daily, read inspirational books, took cold showers, and practiced gratitude. These actions were more than just routine; they were my way of building an incredible relationship with myself, rooted in trust. Every day, I kept the promises I made to myself, and that consistency was life changing.
As I neared the end of the year-long Live Hard program, I came across the book *Becoming Supernatural* by Dr. Joe Dispenza. It completely shifted my perspective on the power of our thoughts. After reading stories of people who transformed their lives through meditation, I became fully convinced of my body’s ability to heal. I decided to get off all medication. Because of the trust I had built within myself over the past year, I knew I could achieve what I set out to do. I started meditating daily for at least an hour, feeling immense gratitude for a healthy body, and imagining what it would be like to live pain free. Within three weeks of daily meditation, all of my symptoms were gone. For the first time in 2.5 years, I was completely free of pain.
This experience revealed to me the incredible wisdom of our bodies, which communicate through discomfort and pain, showing us what needs to be changed in our lives. That revelation sparked my mission: to help others discover the power of their thoughts. It was around this time that I discovered breathwork. During my first breathwork session, I knew I had found my purpose.
Now, I travel the world facilitating breathwork sessions and I also offer them through my membership container. Breathwork allows people to see their past from a new perspective, releasing pain, anger, trauma, doubts, and insecurities, and replacing those emotions with overwhelming love. That feeling of wholeness is our true essence—we just need to remind ourselves what that feels like. My mission with Woven Hope Collective is to help people remember this truth.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
For those who may not know me, I’m the Founder of Woven Hope Collective, a space dedicated to personal transformation through the power of breathwork. My journey into this field began with my own experience of healing. After battling an excruciatingly painful condition for over two years, I discovered the profound impact that mindset and meditation can have on our physical well being. My recovery inspired me to dive deeper into practices that empower people to heal themselves, and that’s when I found breathwork.
At Woven Hope Collective, I offer virtual breathwork sessions, a monthly membership, and a supportive community where individuals can explore and heal their inner world. My focus is on helping people release the pain, trauma, doubts, and insecurities that weigh them down, and replace those feelings with overwhelming love and a deep sense of wholeness. Breathwork is a powerful tool that allows people to reconnect with their true selves, shifting their perspective on the past and opening the door to a future full of possibilities.
A core belief at Woven Hope Collective is the importance of integration. We believe that the insights and breakthroughs experienced during breathwork are just the beginning. To support this ongoing journey, I offer 1:1 integration sessions for our members. These sessions provide a safe space to discuss their experiences, explore how to continue empowering themselves, and move out of a victim mindset. Together, we work on calling their power back, fostering a life long journey of discovery, curiosity, and heart-led living.
What sets Woven Hope Collective apart is the intentional space we create for healing and transformation. It’s not just about the breathwork sessions; it’s about building a relationship with yourself based on trust, love, and authenticity. I’m incredibly proud of the community we’ve built—one where people feel safe to explore their emotions, share their experiences, and support one another on their healing journeys.
The main things I want potential clients and followers to know are that healing is possible, and it starts with you. The tools we use at Woven Hope Collective—whether it’s breathwork, meditation, or our integration sessions—are all designed to help you remember your truth and reconnect with your inner power. My mission is to guide you through that process, helping you move forward with a heart-led approach to life, filled with discovery and curiosity.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I believe my reputation within the market has grown because people can sense when you’re truly passionate about what you offer. They can feel the sincerity behind your intentions and know whether you genuinely care about their outcomes. After becoming certified in breathwork, my first in-person group session was at a retreat. I dedicated every day for three weeks to reciting what I would say, planning how the session would flow, and envisioning the positive outcomes I wanted for everyone involved.
Before my first virtual breathwork session, I spent countless late nights recording, replaying, and fine tuning every detail—adjusting the sound, my voice, the music. I poured my heart and soul into those sessions, just as I continue to do today. People are naturally drawn to those who consistently show up with genuine care and dedication. I believe that commitment and passion have been key to building my reputation in this space.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Word of mouth has been my number one source of new clients. When people experience the transformative power of breathwork, they naturally want to share it with others. Being someone they can trust has been vital in gaining new clients; they feel confident recommending me to those they care about, knowing their loved ones will also have a positive experience.
In addition to word of mouth, I’ve started offering as many free sessions as possible. When people feel they’re already receiving value, they’re more inclined to give back by becoming paying clients. I believe that people’s attention and time are some of the most valuable forms of currency. By capturing their time and providing genuine value, it creates a strong foundation for growth.
Many of the participants at the in person retreats where I facilitate breathwork often become recurring clients. Putting myself out there, meeting new people, and being present in the room have been beneficial to my growth. As I continue to intentionally surround myself with people who are actively working on themselves, they help spread the message as well.
