Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jeni Holla. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Jeni , appreciate you joining us today. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.
One of the biggest risks I’ve ever taken wasn’t moving across the country, selling everything I owned to live nomadically for three years, or even walking away from a six-figure job — twice. It was saying yes to something I couldn’t fully explain. Something that didn’t come with a roadmap. Something I knew people might not understand.
Years ago, I felt a curiosity to explore something called the Akashic Records. I did this for myself. I had no idea it would one day become part of my work.
If you’ve never heard of the Akashic Records, imagine an energetic library that holds the soul-level blueprint of who you are — your purpose, your patterns, your potential. It’s not about fortune telling. It’s about remembering. Reconnecting. Realigning with the truth of who you’ve always been.
But let’s be honest — telling people you can connect with the energy of their soul and receive messages for their highest good? It’s not exactly something most people recognize as a career path.
Would people take me seriously? Would they think I’d gone off the deep end? Was I making this all up?
I could’ve stayed in the world where I was comfortable. Strategy, structure, certainty — those were my zones. But eventually, I stopped trying to logic my way out of it… and leaned in.
People were having massive soul shifts. Remembering who they really are. Letting go of years of self-doubt. Reclaiming their voice. Their power. Their peace.
The risk wasn’t about learning something new — it was about trusting what felt right, even if it didn’t look right.
Now, this work is at the heart of what I do. It’s part of who I am. And it continues to unfold in ways I never could’ve scripted.
Intuition doesn’t always make sense on paper. But if something keeps whispering to you — softly, relentlessly — maybe the real risk isn’t saying yes.
Maybe it’s never finding out what could’ve happened if you did.

Jeni , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I help people remember who they really are.
I’m Jeni Holla, a spiritual guide and mentor working with the Akashic Records, intuition, and soul alignment. I support conscious leaders, seekers, and creatives who are on the path… but feeling stuck, disconnected, or like something deeper is calling them forward.
This work is about helping people get clear, realigned, and reconnected to their truth– especially when they’re at a turning point.
But I didn’t start here.
For years, I was in corporate sales. I made the money, climbed the ladder, and checked all the boxes. I was a multi-year President’s Club recipient, a two-time Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, and even published my first book in my twenties. On paper, I was crushing it.
But under the surface? Something felt off.
There was a deeper pull I couldn’t ignore — a knowing that I was meant for something more.
So at 30, I left my six-figure job and went all in on my business as a speaker, coach, and author. I followed what lit me up, even when it didn’t fully make sense. And to be honest, it wasn’t all smooth. The confidence I carried in my corporate life gave way to doubt, imposter syndrome, and a whole lot of soul-searching.
That inner work eventually led me down a spiritual path… and to the Akashic Records.
If the Akashic Records are new to you, think of them like energetic WiFi, invisible but always present. Just like you don’t need to see WiFi to access the internet, you don’t need to see the Records to tap into soul-level clarity. They hold the imprint of every thought, decision, experience, and possibility your soul has ever encountered. When you access them, you’re tuning into a field of guidance, remembrance, and deep inner wisdom.
At first, I explored the Records for myself. Over time, this became the foundation of my work. Not because I planned it, but because it chose me.
Now, I offer:
• Akashic Records Sessions, like the Clarity Session and the Let the Fck Go Session (yep, spicy title, and it fits the energy)
• Akashic Records Training & Experience, where I guide others to open their own soul records and receive guidance, insight, and truth
• Private 1:1 journeys, where we realign, remember, and reclaim what’s always been within
• And… whatever other magic flows through me in the moment.
My work isn’t a rigid method. It’s a frequency.
It’s not about fixing people or teaching them how to be more like me.
It’s about helping them trust themselves — and come home to who they’ve always been.
What I’m most proud of?
It used to be the accolades.
Now, it’s that I had the courage to walk a different path. To let go of what looked good… and lean into what felt true. To say yes to my own expansion– even when it meant shedding layers I never expected.
This work has helped me live a life that feels like magic.
And that’s what I desire for as many people as possible to feel and experience in their own lives.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve had to unlearn — and honestly, I’m still unlearning it — is the idea that clarity has to come before movement.
I used to believe I had to figure everything out before I could take the next step. That if I just got clear enough, I’d finally feel safe enough to move. But over time… through experience, spiritual work, and a lot of surrender, I’ve realized clarity often shows up after we move, not before.
This hit me hard after I left my corporate career and stepped into entrepreneurship… and then again when I fully embraced my work with the Akashic Records. There was no roadmap. No performance reviews or neat little checklists to validate that I was “doing it right.” All I had was this deep inner knowing — and the choice to trust it, even when nothing made sense on paper.
Unlearning this has meant letting go of the illusion of control. It’s meant softening into the mystery, listening to subtle cues from my body and spirit, and acting on what feels true… even if the outcome is still unknown.
I’m still working with this. Some days, I still catch myself wanting to “figure it all out” before I move. But more and more, I’m choosing to move with the uncertainty… knowing that the path reveals itself when I’m willing to show up and be in the present moment.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
So much of what I’ve been called to build my business with is books and philosophies that are focused on energy, resonance, and soul alignment. So the resources that have shaped me in recent years the most aren’t business books, they’re the ones that helped me see myself, trust the unseen, and lean into a different way of creating.
Here are a few that left a lasting imprint:
• “Becoming Nobody” by Ram Dass – A reminder that who I am behind the roles, labels, and achievements is what truly matters.
• “Waking Up in 5D” by Maureen St. Germain – This book helped me understand multidimensionality, energetic navigation, and accessing higher states of awareness in everyday life, and literally the piece that led me to my work in the Akashic Records.
• “Hiring the Heavens” by Jean Slatter – A playful, profound take on working with spirit teams, which completely shifted how I view support, delegation, and co-creation with the unseen forces of our reality.
• “Love Money, Money Loves You” by Sarah McCrum – Helped to rewrite my internal money narrative from scarcity and control to trust and flow.
• “The Having” by Suh Yoon Lee – A game-changer for how I experience abundance — not as something to chase, but something to embody.
• And beyond books — the biggest influence on how I’m evolving to run my business? The frequency of feminine leadership.
It’s less about control, more about co-creation.
Less “scale at all costs,” more “does this feel alive in my body?”
This isn’t about bypassing structure, it’s about letting intuition lead the strategy.
These frameworks and philosophies have helped me to feel bold enough to claim share here with you now, knowing that I may have a list that’s quite different than what you typically see.
