We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jelisa Nuall a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Jelisa, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
My mission is to spread Good Vibes and Positive Energy to others!
I struggled with depression during the COVID pandemic. My life changed so much within a matter of weeks and it was very hard on my family and me. I began to pray and meditate more which helped me A LOT. I got very in touch with my spiritual side and began burning sage, collecting healing crystals, and using vibe oils. After using all of these spiritual tools myself, I then decided that I should spread these awesome vibes to others! Lily Stoner’s was reborn, this time helping others to begin or continue their spiritual journeys!
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Lily Stoner’s is an online boutique that specializes in Good Vibes! We provide spiritual tools that help heal and provide positive energy. Our online boutique carries a wide array of sage bundles, healing crystals, jewelry, candles, and apparel. Everything that we sell, I have personally used in my spiritual journey. I take my time to hand pick items that I know will heal others. I also spend time blessing all of the products with positive energy so customers can really feel THE Good Vibes.
Lily Stoner’s has been open for over a year now and we have expanded into doing pop ups weekly. Recently Lily Stoner’s was accepted into the Deep Ellum Outdoor Market where will be every other Saturday for the rest of the year!
Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
I had an idea and invested in myself. When I rebranded Lily Stoner’s in 2020 to focus more on spiritual tools and self care, I strongly believed in my idea. I decided to take money out of my own savings account and start things up. I moved solely on my Faith and that what continues to help grow Lily Stoner’s.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new customers are the weekly pop ups that we do! I network with a lot of amazing entrepreneurs in the DFW area that host various events. These awesome events are where we meet most of our new customers. Our Customers are THE Vibe!
