Alright, Jeffrey thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Do you manage your own social media?
Yes, I managed my own social media platform by creating, editing and posting my videos. It’s very time-consuming spending countless hours putting my ideas into a single post. Everything on a post is detailed and important, from the transitions to the caption as well the hashtags. Even the slightest detail as a garnish or an angle I’m trying to capture is extremely important to me. I do not have anyone managing my social media so anything you see on my platform comes from me, the creator. I’m literally the videographer, creative director, graphic designer , photographer and most importantly the Mixologist!

My company is Welloff Tipsy, where gourmet drinks are made for your acquired taste! We are a licensed and insured mobile bartending company and we specialize in custom libations for any occasion. Whether you’re having an intimate cocktail party, wedding or mocktails for the kids, we are the experts in making your event a special experience. With some help and a great deal of support from my creative director, I am very pleased with how much my business has grown. When I get into my creative mindset, I become exceptionally unorthodox. This is what sets me apart from other bartending companies.
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I’ve always been an alcohol enthusiast for as long as I can remember. I attended a Bartending school for a few weeks, graduated and became a certified mixologist. Instantly I applied to numerous bars that were hiring for bartenders. After countless attempts. companies would deny me because of my lack of experience. I was discouraged so I decided to create my own experience and started Welloff Tipsy. Once the business was established, I booked a few small parties. Those small parties have now turned into big events catering to 200+ guests. Without a doubt, it has been a very bumpy road, but everything happens for a reason. This has definitely been an amazing journey to success for me and my team that is still in continuation. I have now turned into We, and we are forever grateful for all of the opportunities that have been presented to us.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
One of the most effective strategies is the progress weve made in nurturing an inclusive work environment for both the employee and the client. Every client feels seen, heard and celebrated through communication, preparation and catering to the themes of their events. Weve also made great strides in hiring, promoting and retaining diverse talent. Our inclusive culture is our competitive advantage and will continue to be part of our winning strategy to deliver outstanding results! As we closeout this successful year, we look forward to an exciting 2023 as we work to bring in more clients every day, exceed our customers’ expectations and grow our business. These initiatives will allow Welloff Tipsy to become an industry leader and an employer of choice!
