Jeanille, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start big picture – what are some of biggest trends you are seeing in your industry?

Currently, the biggest trend we are seeing on social media is the increase in video marketing and it’s emotional connection it has on potential clients. Video is the number one trending piece of content across all social media platforms especially Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Youtube, and now even LinkedIn just to name a few. Due to it’s awesome organic algorithm, Instagram has now incorporated some of the same strategies that Tik Tok uses in order to reach many potential clients. Instagram users spend 20% of their time consuming Instagram Reels which can be used to make sales on social media. Many new entrepreneurs, content creators, and influencers are using more short form video to reach their ideal clients.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I’m Coach Rocky, a certified life and business coach. My area of focus is content and social media marketing strategy plus I love FB & IG! I am the owner of JNREMU Business Solutions that operates and oversees Rock Your Content Academy. I teach coaches, consultants, online service providers, and product based-businesses how to create content that converts to sales by using organic methods that’s true to them but includes some stretching in the process. When clarity, confidence, and consistency coexists in your content, you become a content conqueror!

Content saved my life two years ago when I became seriously ill. I decided during that time I would take my degree and experience and help people grow their business with content. More so, I wanted to help women! 97.5% of women survived the pandemic and 47.5% of them were black women. Women are killing it! I also knew that even though women are winning, a lot of women started their business without fully thinking through the business strategy and the marketing strategy. Additionally, when it comes to showing up and hitting that live button on social media- they are genuinely afraid to go live and connect with their audience. That’s where I step in. I have helped 100s gain the confidence they needed to create consistent and converting content. I would love to be a guest on your show to share my story and how I help my clients show up as themselves even if they are that shy girl in the back, they can conquer their content!

I have been coaching over 5+ years and I have a MBA in Marketing. My clients have affectionately given me the title of “Queen of Clarity in 1 day or less.” I have been featured on podcasts, new articles, and television.

I am from New Orleans, LA- 9th Ward Area. I did not grow up around many entrepreneurs, and no one in my family owned a successful business. I quickly knew from the age of 9 that I wanted to run the world and be a boss. I knew this would take a strong work ethic and unyielding determination with the ability never to give up no matter how many times I failed. Boy, did I fail! A lot! Through my journey, I learned what success looked like and started to teach others how to recognize their success and growth opportunities.

My first business failed. I was not properly prepared and didn’t even know at the time how to recognize being prepared for a business. Through its failure it taught me a lot of things: growth, strategy, development, and scaling are key to any business. Key here: I needed a business and marketing coach to help me reach success in all of my businesses.

After working in the corporate world as a trainer and coach for over 10 years, I decided to take my lessons and blessings to my main stage of life. I can truly say, I am walking in my assignment.

My main goal is to help my clients find clarity over your personal and business lives so they can reach their highest potential. I combine my real-life knowledge and experience with clarity, accountability practices, analytical skills with the technical side of the business: sales, marketing, lead generation, and building systems. I have had the opportunity to utilize my gifts, passions, knowledge, and experience to help people learn how to be successful in their endeavors and unlearn and relearn what it takes to stay successful through adaptability!

We use systems from before purchase to after purchase. We attract our ideal clients using our content on social media which is branded with our business information. clients can schedule a free call and gather free resources in order to be successful with quick transformational wins. Once they are behind the paid door, we have an onboarding process and continue to meet with our clients during their time with us to continue helping their business and brand grow. After we are done, we continue to send valuable information to help them grow and invest in knowing what else they may need in order to continue with their success. I use my content to recognize my ideal clients on social media and help to promote their business as well.

Most importantly, I have built a community based on our brands mission and our overall WHY! I keep my word and follow through on all expectations. This is the #1 way to foster brand loyalty.

In my other businesses, I have partnerships with other women. We met each other on a new journey to entrepreneurship. Through this partnership, we have helped 100s of new business owners get into the short term rental business and build lasting businesses. We met in a Facebook group and continued to grow. In my partnership, I have learned how to leverage business credit and purchase additional real estate property. But most importantly, I have grown as a woman and business owner.
