Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jazmine Frazier Swint. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Jazmine, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Is there a heartwarming story from your career that you look back on?
One story I’ll never forget as Executive Director of Eternal Reign is about an amazing young lady I’ll call “Keara”.
When she first came to one of our workshops, she was quiet, guarded, and unsure of herself. During an activity where the girls were asked to write one thing they believed about themselves, her paper was blank. Afterward, she told me, “I don’t know who I am.”
We continued pouring into her through mentorship and consistency. Over time, she began to open up. She shared, “I think I’m strong… because I’m still here.” That was the first time I heard her claim something positive about herself.
Later in the week, she stood in front of everyone during our workshop and said, “My story doesn’t own me, I get to decide who I become.”
That moment reminded me why Eternal Reign for Girls exists… to help youth rediscover their worth and find their voice again.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m the Executive Director of Eternal Reign Inc, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing human trafficking and empowering youth to understand their worth, identity, and purpose. My journey into this work wasn’t just professional, it was deeply personal. I’ve seen firsthand how vulnerability, lack of support, and identity struggles can open doors to exploitation. That awareness led me to create something that could truly make a difference before harm ever happens.
Through Eternal Reign, we provide prevention programs, workshops, mentorship, and resources designed to educate and equip youth with confidence, awareness, and life skills. We focus not just on the dangers of trafficking, but on building identity, self-worth, and resilience because prevention starts from within.
What sets us apart is our heart centered, real-life approach. We don’t just present information we create safe spaces where youth feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. Our work blends education with mentorship, and awareness with healing.
I’m most proud of the lives we’ve impacted and seeing youth go from silence and uncertainty to confidence and leadership. That transformation is everything.
I want people to know that Eternal Reign is more than a program, it’s a movement to end trafficking. We’re committed to raising a generation of youth who know their value, trust their voice, and walk boldly in who they are.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
In the early days of building Eternal Reign, I had the vision but not the resources or full support and I was still healing from my own trauma. Even today sometimes I have to overcome fear of others opinions. Speaking in front of others can be hard, and at times I felt triggered, but God gave me the strength to keep showing up.
I almost canceled a small workshop because it didn’t feel “big enough,” but I went anyway. Only a few came, but one shared that the session helped her recognize a harmful situation she was in.
That moment reminded me that impact isn’t about numbers it’s about obedience and consistency.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
One lesson I had to unlearn was that everything had to be perfect before I could show up.
I used to feel I needed more resources, confidence, and even more healing before stepping fully into my work with Eternal Reign. But I learned that obedience matters more than perfection.
There is no shame in my story because we overcome by the word of our testimony. Sharing it is part of the healing and part of the impact.
