Jayymichelle, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
Success can be defined in various ways, but generally, it requires a combination of factors such as determination, hard work, resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow. As a realtor I often have flexible schedules, which can lead to procrastination or distractions. Discipline is necessary to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure productivity in a competitive market!! I must maintain a high level of responsiveness and reliability to build trust and credibility with clients. I also have the discipline to regularly engage in activities such as networking, cold calling, door knocking, or online marketing to generate leads and grow their client base. Also Negotiating deals on behalf of clients requires discipline in preparation, strategy, It requires resilience, perseverance, and a growth mindset to turn setbacks into opportunities for growth and ultimately achieve success.

I was born and raised in St. Petersburg fl, flourished in high school maintaining good grades and also being the captain of my softball team (that’s where my multitasking comes from ) straight out of high school I went into the medical field, while working I knew I wanted to invest into a home while doing research on everything I fell in love with real estate and decided to to put my focus on being a realtor!! I developed a passion for help long first time homebuyers and assisting sellers getting the best value for their home! I Have gained extensive knowledge of technology and latest online tools and platforms, I am able to market properties effectively and reach a wider audience. Future clients can expect a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and dedication. I strive to stay updated with the latest trends in the real estate market to ensure my clients receive the best service possible.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing clients as a realtor often involves Building a Strong Online Presence.Establish a professional website and maintain active profiles on popular social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Share valuable content, showcase listings, and engage with your audience to build credibility and attract potential clients. I also Attend local networking events, and professional associations, and participate in community activities to expand your network. Building relationships with other professionals, such as mortgage brokers, lawyers, and contractors!!
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
I love reading!! Many people don’t know this about me but I’m big book reader I love reading self help books, like “Thinking, Fast and Slow” by Daniel Kahneman: While not specifically focused on management or entrepreneurship, this book delves into the psychology of decision-making, providing valuable insights for understanding human behavior in business contexts. And also “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey: Covey presents a holistic approach to personal and interpersonal effectiveness, focusing on timeless principles for achieving goals and building meaningful relationships.
