Embracing the art of expression from a young age, my journey in the world of creativity began with writing personalized messages and poems for my family on folded notebook paper, filling the void left by the unaffordable store-bought greeting cards. This passion soon transformed into songwriting, with my very first composition revolving around the beloved character Winnie The Pooh at the mere age of 7. The stage became my sanctuary as I performed at church, passionately singing the books of the Bible, a moment that ignited my desire to pursue music seriously. The vibrant energy of performing alongside friends, channeling our inner Cheetah girls, further fueled my aspirations. With the unwavering support of my nana, who served as my manager, I became part of esteemed organizations like Girls Who Rule the World and Girls Scouts in Atlanta, where I showcased my talents and captivated audiences at numerous events. Now, equipped with my own studio, I am delving into the intricacies of music production and engineering. As an independent artist, I’ve invested in learning these skills to make my mark in the industry without the hefty expenses. My ambition extends beyond my own singing endeavors; I aspire to empower fellow female artists by engineering their music, fostering a supportive community where creativity knows no bounds.

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated individual deeply passionate about the intersection of music, vocals, and creativity. My journey into the music industry began at a young age, fueled by my love for writing and performing. Starting with heartfelt poems and personalized greeting cards, I soon transitioned into songwriting, crafting my first composition about Winnie The Pooh at the age of 7. This early passion blossomed into a lifelong commitment to music and creative expression.

I offer a range of services as a multifaceted artist, songwriter, and music engineer. Currently I am also a content creator simply documenting my enjoyment of hair styling, food, mini vlog style videos of me enjoying my life and journey to success. I take pride in my ability to create compelling and authentic music, drawing inspiration from my diverse personal experiences and emotions. My expertise spans from songwriting to now learning engineering. I have invested in my own studio setup, allowing me to produce high quality, professional records for myself and other female independent artists. As a singer, songwriter, engineer, and overall content creator it is my goal to ensure that my creative vision is always brought to life with precision and high quality.

One of the core problems I aim to solve for my women who are also creatives in general is to is provide not only accessible and affordable music production and engineering services, but also a space where women can CREATE while being safe in the city. Being an independent artist myself, I understand the challenges that come with limited resources especially being a woman. By offering high-quality yet cost-effective solutions, I empower fellow artists and creatives, especially women, to pursue their dreams without the burden of exorbitant expenses or feeling unsettled in their environment. I am committed to fostering a supportive community where creativity and talent thrive, regardless of any constraints.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

Absolutely, transitioning from graduation to graduate school and simultaneously juggling a full-time job was a significant challenge in my life. Struggling to balance my academic pursuits, work responsibilities, and my passion for music, I found myself putting my creative ambitions on hold. That’s when I made a pivotal decision—I invested in my own studio equipment. Setting up my creative space within the confines of my room allowed me to seamlessly integrate my love for music into my daily life. Stepping into my creative zone became as simple as walking across the room, and this newfound accessibility rekindled my artistic spirit.

I’m immensely grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with companies like Snap Studio and Kaotica, who supported my journey by providing essential resources and encouragement. These collaborations not only equipped me with the necessary tools but also boosted the quality of my studio setup, enabling me to produce high-quality music. Embracing these partnerships empowered me to overcome obstacles and pursue my passion with renewed vigor.

Looking back, I’m thankful for my decision to pivot and invest in my creativity. It not only reignited my love for music but also allowed me to share my talents with a wider audience. My ultimate objective is to establish a safe haven for women in Atlanta, where they can wholeheartedly delve into their creativity without any inhibitions. This inclusive space encompasses a wide array of artistic endeavors, ranging from music vocal production and beat making to engineering, photography, videography, writing, and beyond. My mission is to provide a supportive environment where women can fully commit to their passions, allowing their creativity to flourish. I believe that by fostering such a nurturing and secure space, I can empower women to express themselves authentically and fearlessly, enabling them to explore their artistic potential to the fullest. Creating this empowering environment for women is not just a goal; it’s a deeply held mission that drives every aspect of my creative journey.
