Alright – let’s talk about marketing or sales – do you have any fun stories about a risk you’ve taken or something else exciting on the sales and marketing side?
One of my favorite marketing stories was when I decided to try virtual staging for a high-end property that had been on the market for a while. The property was beautiful, but it had a very specific style that wasn’t resonating with the buyers who had seen it in person.
I knew that virtual staging could be a game-changer, so I partnered with a company that specialized in this service. We carefully selected the furniture and decor to create a cohesive and inviting look that would appeal to a wider range of buyers.
When we launched the new photos online, the response was incredible. The property got more views in the first week than it had in the previous month. Within two weeks, we had multiple offers and the property sold for above asking price.
