We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Javon Everett a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Javon thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.

Javon Everett professionally known as Visionz2turnt is an American rapper , actor, songwriter, and producer. Javon was born and raised in Washington, DC. Visionz2turnt started to peak in his career in 2019 when he dropped a hit called “IDK” on WSHH. The artist paints the vivid picture of Washington, DC saying “The White House is not the part that I’m from, that’s just the picture they paint for the tourist”. With 7 kids this young rapper gives 100% at everything he does and each song delivered quote on quote “I want to give my kids a better life then I had growing up”.


In 2019, Visionz2turnt while accompanied by rapper “BigMoShawty” he was found on WSHH and Instagram by entrepreneur Sean Harley, who proceeded to elevate the rappers career that Took him to the next level.That connection got him a sitdown with Warner Music for a discussion of future plans and which path his career would go if he kept a steady mind and focus.

Javon Everett also has appeared in multiple tv shows, movies and commercials with big name stars in the game. He has been in Immortal City records, Santa Bootcamp, A Nashville Country Christmas, Atl Homocide, Snapped, Fatal Attraction, Gunner and more. All this while being a father of 7 and continuing his education for his 2nd bachelors degree in which he graduated in dec 2024 and is now pursuing his masters degree in media management.

i wanted to pursue the acting side as a kid but waited until my music career took off first so i can say i fulfilled my mission.

How can we best help foster a strong, supportive environment for artists and creatives?

in my opinion i believe the morality and support needs to go up in order to support creatives and increase the avenues for us to do shows and spread our talent. if we all pitch in i think we can increase everyones ROI and still spread the business side of the things for companies and artist at the same time.

i think NFts will be the future if it keeps getting marketed right and everyone take time to invest i nteh m we can grow it bigger and place it on a better platform then it is. All anything takes is time and effort.
