Hi Javin, thanks for joining us today. What do you think Corporate America gets wrong in your industry? Any stories or anecdotes that illustrate why this matters?

To many Artists look at other Artist as competition Instead of opportunity. I Wish artist would Share more idea and more work with other photographers.

Hello, My name is Javin or Nickname is light, With lightlyshaded Productions. I’m a 23-year-old biracial Photographer. I grew up in a single mother household. I Created The name Lightlyshaded because I wanted to be proud to be Biracial and own a business that Grew with my nickname. I did not Unfortunately Grow up with no male role model in my life. I am proud to say I Learned exactly the man I wanted to be. I was always a create person that was always Determined, hardworking, Understanding & a gentlemen. When I graduated high school, I didn’t know what I was going to do, Until I Bought my first camera. I was excited to use it for the first time and my first photoshoot I knew from there this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Over time I Gained more clients and more opportunities. I am proud to say I got exactly where I am for working hard and very proud. I Have not Only Found My Urban style but have met and gained amazing clients that have Suggest nothing but amazing Ideas I still use to this day.I Have worked with a couple Companys Including Privileged Models. I am Understanding for my clients and love to work around Clients Budget. Lightlyshaded Will Only grow and show the beauty of everyone’s Light.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

My Mission and Goals is to be known as Not only an amazing photographer, But to grow as a person. Show the Beautiful things in life.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

The most amazing thing about being a artist is hearing “Wow you did amazing” I Also love to see a person face after the shoot looking at the photos. I love to see a person smiling while doing a photoshoot and seeing the photos after.
