Jason, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I am an audio engineer, business owner, and entrepreneur. My journey began back in 2008 with just two speakers and a humble pick-up truck. Since then, my business has flourished, and I now oversee a grand warehouse spanning an impressive 14,000 square feet. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with renowned artists in the music industry, including the likes of Prince, Janet Jackson, Blackstreet, Kirk Franklin, and Fred Hammond, just to mention a few.

Have you ever had to pivot?

During the challenging period of Covid, our company underwent a necessary transformation in order to adapt to the circumstances. As the music industry came to a standstill and production needs decreased, we were faced with the task of finding alternative sources of revenue to sustain our operations. Consequently, we made the decision to repurpose some of our warehouses into video soundstages. This allowed individuals to utilize the space for recording church services, live concerts, and music videos. By implementing this strategic shift, we were able to generate income and ensure our survival amidst the adversity.

We’d really appreciate if you could talk to us about how you figured out the manufacturing process.

Indeed, we have ventured into the production of our own merchandise, including LED walls and lighting fixtures. It became apparent to us that there was a demand for top-notch lighting fixtures for various occasions such as concerts and corporate events. However, we were taken aback by the exorbitant prices prevailing in the market. Consequently, we decided to address this issue by offering reasonably priced, high-quality theatrical lighting and LED walls. Initially, we lacked expertise in manufacturing these items, but through extensive research and collaboration with reliable vendors, we managed to establish our own line of lights and LED walls. As a result, we have successfully entered the industry.
