In the summer of 2008, I decided to establish my own business and began researching and taking notes to determine the ideal name and its significance. I was particularly drawn to two music artists who I felt a deep connection with, and I believed that incorporating elements of their artistry into my business name would be fitting. As it turns out, these music artists and I share many common traits and values.

Once I had chosen the name, I took the initiative to conduct both basic and advanced trademark searches to ensure that it wasn’t already licensed by another business owner. This step was crucial in confirming the uniqueness of my chosen business name. In 2018, I sought legal advice and consulted an attorney who advised me to promptly apply for a trademark registration. Following their guidance, I successfully filed for a principal trademark license in 2018, granting me the exclusive rights to use the business name.

Since acquiring the trademark, I have earned the respect of numerous corporations and individuals who recognize my strong acumen in managing the business aspects.
