Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jasmine Sjöberg Sidibe. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Jasmine, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s the kindest thing anyone has ever done for you?

I was 19 years old and I was going to China to participate in a beauty contest. I didn´t have any sponsor for my clothes and I had to arrange all different wears for the competition. Those who know how beauty contest are – they know that what you wear is very important for your presentation. You need to arrange an evening gown, national costume and swimwear outfit that stands out. Anyway, the kind thing that happened was that my older sister borrowed me her wedding dress. This was a very beautiful dress from a special moment and she told me I could use it as an evening gown for the competition. I was very grateful. I also won 3 prizes from that competition – it was amazing! I will never forget that.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I am a model and creator. I create photo content for brands with my creative team. I collaborate with brands who aligns with my values. I create high quality material – photography and film. I share it with my audience on my social media channels. I promote wellbeeing, beauty, travelling and music. I also have a blog on my website www.jasminesidibe.com where I share my best advices on different travelling destinations.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

Yes. My mission is to show the beauty of the world and inspire others to follow their passions in life, build their dreamlife, have respect for planet earth and to take care of themselfs during their life journey.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

That it makes me feel alive. Beeing a creator is like drawing your own painting of life. As a creator you need to have alot imagination to see things where some don´t see anything. Because I am a creator I have lived a very unique life that I have created and
I am very grateful for that.
