Alright, Jasmine thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.
It was in my early adult years that I learned that I loved to help people. By learning how to tattoo in my own time and applying what I learned to customers gave me excitement. Not only was it something unfamiliar but the way that I could reach people through body art is meaningful. I cherish being able to make others feel good about themselves and their stories.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
Learning how I got into the Tattoo world is much different than others. My career started as I lost my grandmother in college. It was nothing else I could do to heal besides getting tattoos. One day I was offered equipment and since then tattooing has been my best friend. Although at the time of grief I didn’t know that it was helping me close broken pieces. Tattoos are therapeutic and that’s what I liked . Being an artist can mean in any form, growing through the years I’ve acquired so much information and knowledge pertaining to the craft.
Although there are many great artist in the industry’ I like to set myself apart . Not because I am self taught , rather because I care about peoples lives. I am not just a tattoo artist, I am a healer , leader , and believer !
Often times many clients have dealt with suicide not knowing that tattooing and the love of expressing art is what kept me a survivor to suicide and it’s thoughts and behaviors. See my clients are my biggest teachers. I learn from them. They are the reason I run specials with my services because I know what deals or bogo feels like. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for many years along with tattooing. I understand what the art brings to peoples lives. The affirmations they are able to hold close by. It means a lot to give to the world.
My clientele are my biggest support in my profession because they are always pushing me to other levels. I am now able to provide Cover up services , portraits of loved ones, Tapout sessions, Tattoo parties and much more. I have a brand that you can support and show your love to at anytime.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
I make great connections by doing what I do. It has opening me up to many new business endeavors and opportunities. I am rewarded by love and respect.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
The goal is to leave a legacy , by doing so I can create the life before my children and their children to be able to give to others as well as enjoy the free expression of art!
