Jas, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
As a personal injury attorney practicing in Texas, I believe that several key factors contribute to success in our field. First and foremost is effective communication. Being able to clearly convey complex legal concepts to clients and the opposing party is paramount. Additionally, communication ensures a strong attorney-client relationship, where I can truly understand my clients’ needs and goals. Preparation is another critical aspect of success. Diligent and thorough case preparation, including gathering evidence, conducting investigations, and anticipating potential challenges, forms the foundation for building strong cases. Dedication is what drives me to go above and beyond for my clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible representation and advocacy. Lastly, adaptability is vital in the constantly evolving legal landscape. Being able to adjust strategies and creatively problem-solve allows me to find innovative solutions for my clients. I am an attorney who was born and raised in Hatchechubbee, Alabama, and in 2015, I made the move to Houston, Texas, to pursue my passion for law. My journey in the legal field began by practicing personal injury law for insurance defense firms, gaining invaluable experience in understanding both sides of injury cases. In 2022, I took a bold step and established my own personal injury practice, dedicated to representing plaintiffs and injured individuals. At my firm, I handle a wide range of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, workers’ compensation claims, and more. I provide comprehensive services that any personal injury attorney would offer, ensuring that those who have suffered injuries and inconveniences receive the compensation they deserve.
What sets me apart from other lawyers is not only my skillset and expertise but also my personality and approach to client interactions. I am committed to building strong relationships with my clients, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes. Our most effective strategy for growing clientele involves a multi-faceted approach that combines traditional and modern marketing techniques. First, we encourage satisfied clients to refer friends and family, as positive word-of-mouth is a powerful driver of new business.
Second, we strive to establish a strong online presence with a professional website optimized for search engines (SEO). This approach ensures our website is ranked higher for relevant searches involving personal injury concerns within the Houston, Texas area.
Above all, we focus on delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction, as happy clients are more likely to recommend our services to others. We request our clients spend a few moments to provide an online review or testimonial. This helps to enhance the trust and credibility our firm carries among our community. Building a strong reputation and consistently delivering excellent results will contribute to our firm’s long-term growth.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
The Law Office of Jas Jordan, PLLC, was established with the initial funding sourced from personal savings. Setting a clear goal for the required capital to start my own firm, I diligently allocated a percentage of each of my paychecks while working for insurance defense firms. After a year of dedicated saving, I successfully reached my target amount, which gave me the confidence to step out on faith and embark on the journey of starting my own practice.
