Jasmine, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Are you happy as a creative professional? Do you sometimes wonder what it would be like to work for someone else?

Being an Influencer is so amazing, Meeting new people , trying new places , and products, getting to know my audience , I couldn’t possible see myself doing anything else. I truly believe you should go after whatever you want and add creativity to your everyday lifestyle .

Hi I’m Jasmine but everyone calls me J, I am a Fashion Model , influencer , and Business Owner. I started Modeling 4 years ago, when I was working as front Desk Receptionist at a Salon. I use to get paid to take photos and make video content with Aveda products and one day Aveda started reposting my work and that ended up opening the door to other modeling opportunities outside of being an influencer. I started getting lots of different hair companies to reach out to me and from there By the time I had been modeling two years, I had already been sponsored by 23 Fashion Companies, such as Unicehair , Hergivenhair, Poppy Apparel, Bejeweled Fashion, Aveda, Azeredo Cosmetics, Winky Lux, Acutbelow, and more ! I have seen my face on many platforms , and I am honored to be able to be recognized for my work.

Looking back, are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?

I wouldn’t say there are any specific resources I wish I had, But I will say I wish I was a lot more bold, and outgoing when I first started Modeling , I wish I would have added more creativity to my photoshoots and I wish I would have taken each photo a little more serious. Meaning I wish I would have taken each photo like it was my last photoshoot , but sometimes I was just doing photoshoots just because ,or I just wanted o take sexy photos instead of actually adding creativity to my look.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

My Goal, Is to be the best version of myself that I can be. I want to go to all the places no one has gone, see all the things other people never get the chance to see and most of all I wants to share my experiences with other influencers inspired by people like myself. I want to show others that you can be exactly who you want to be if you are willing to go the distance for yourself and your passion. My Goal is to build a legacy for myself , my family, and my talented professionals at LinQ’d Model Management.
