Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jasmine Dominique. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Jasmine, appreciate you joining us today. Can you recount a time when the advice you provided to a client was really spot on? (Please note this response is for education/entertainment purposes only and shouldn’t be construed as advice for the reader)

The best advice that I have shared with my clients is that they have the power within to “discover their own path”.

My services are sought when incredible human beings are ready to step outside of the confinements that have created restrictions within personal and professional sectors of their lives.

I encourage my clients to delve into the many factors that have influenced their identity. As a homework assignment, I instruct them to examine the familial, educational, religious, environmental and cultural norms that they have chosen or have been coerced to adhere to. Second, I ask them if the norms are aligned with the life that they envision for themselves.

If yes, wonderful! If no, I assist my clients with shifting methodical structures that are impeding on their overall health, happiness and well-being!

Who am I?

My name is Jasmine Dominique and most importantly, I am an ally to those who have chosen to EVOLVE. Also, I am an Artist!

I have served as a Health & Wellness Specialist for over 15 years.

How did I get into the Health & Wellness + Entertainment Industry?

My mother saw something very special in me when I was a little girl. At a very young age, she introduced me to diverse cultures and practices. Also, she encouraged me to take several dance courses. Eventually, she would enroll me into a school that would foster my artistic abilities.

As I entered into college, I knew that I wanted to pursue a profession that would allot me with the opportunity to support others as they became healthier and more empowered versions of themselves. As a result, I chose to study Psychology. In 2003, I graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Psychology. Afterwards, I moved to Chicago where I pursued my graduate studies, earning a Master of Psychology in 2009 from the Adler School of Professional Psychology. During that time, I wrote my first book an inspirational autobiography “Trust the Journey”.

I continued my quest to develop in Chicago for 5 years after finishing grad school. In the pursuit to broaden my perspectives, I moved to Salvador Bahia Brazil. I lived abroad for two years, and I studied various forms of Brazilian influenced dance and indigenous alternatives for healthcare. I worked closely with Shamans and knowledgeable teachers to learn more about the power of Plant Medicine.

After returning to the United States, I began to cultivate my own business, a safe space for people to receive Mental, Spiritual and Physical Health support. In 2017 I became a certified Reiki Master, which has led me on the quest to train students in the U.S. and abroad! In 2018. I received training to become a Doula and Childbirth Education Specialist.

In 2023, I launched the “Beyond the Limits Podcast” and the aim is to inspire the masses through real conversations and real stories!

What sets me apart from others?

My story and the experiences that I have encountered thus far is the foundation for the work that I do. Statistically, I should not be a successful entrepreneur. I have defied the odds and I have embraced every component of my journey. My brand and business are reflections of a path that has been Divinely Orchestrated for me, so that I can be a vessel to support others.

What are you most proud of and what are the main things you want potential clients/followers/fans to know about you/your brand/your work/ etc.?

I am proud of what my brand and business has represented over the course of 12 years. Although it has changed and developed overtime, the foundation is the same. Love, spirit, community and empowerment are the root and will always be!

I want people to know that what I offer is designed to ignite the magic and the power that they have within. Though I utilize multiple streams to inspire others, the overall objective is to assist others as they become more in tune with their “True Self” aside from labels, titles, expectations and norms.

Thriving in truth just feels so damn good!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

I have been and will always be committed to honoring those who have supported and encouraged me before and during my journey as an entrepreneur. I will never forget where I have come from. I will always honor the people and places that are such an intricate part of the work that I do.

I think that never losing touch with “being Jasmine” has helped me to establish a positive reputation. Though I have evolved and matured in both the personal and professional realms of my life, I am still relatable. Authenticity is a valuable tool that has fortified my relationships in my community and beyond.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

Authenticity. My clients know that I too have a story. I meet my client’s where they are. I see each client as being their own unique individual with their own powerful story. I connect with my clients. I treat them with great value and care. As a result, Word of Mouth has been a very lucrative intermediary that has improved and increased my clientele.
