Alright, Jarrett thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
What I feel we do differently here at Jp Platinum than other companies is our customer service and education we provide to our clients that use our services. The biggest part of my success in this business is taking care of my customers as if they are family. It’s the opportunity you get with some of these folks that can change your life and business so when you treat people good, the outcomes become better.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’m Jarrett, and I started Jp Platinum 6 years ago to provide a top notch auto aesthetics service in the valley. We specialize in paint protection services to provide our clients a long lasting shine to their rides! From protecting your vehicle from rock chips and debris; to long term ceramic coatings, which provides the best UV protection and durability for your car in the Arizona climate. If you want to protect your car correctly and save money in the long run, we offer a variety of packages. We solve your long term problems, such as seeing your vehicles paint getting destroyed by the many types of debris in the Valley of the Sun! In the short 6 years of running this business, I have become most proud of the relationships Jp Platinum has built with our clients and the amount of trust we are given by them to help protect their vehicles the right way. I think it is also what sets us apart from other companies in the valley because we set such a high standard for our clients with our delivery of services. We offer a service that is not for everyone, but the ones who choose to trust in Jp know what we can provide for your ride.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
At Jp Platinum we stress consistency. Every vehicle should be treated as if you own it. I think that’s what has built our company honestly, the consistency in our work to push for perfection every time even if it’s a basic service we want it to the best basic service time after time. Our customer service and follow up we have been told is top notch when it comes to getting a service done or communication. We want our clients to not even question us when it comes to a referral or service.

What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?
In high school I probably washed my 99 Tahoe 3-4x a week inside and out keeping it as clean as I could. I had a joy for the before and after work of what I was learning and able to do. I worked a few jobs from high school until I turned 20. During that time working I was working on my off time detailing co workers cars and friends rides all the time. I was receiving good feed back for the services and work I was offering which just gave me that good feeling about it plus it was fun. I was working a corporate job and had a mustang that I ended up starting Jp Platinum out of. Filled it up head to toe with equipment such as vacuums, pressure washer, even a 10FT canopy in my convertible. We now have two mobile units to service our clients and a solid team. But back to the story, we had cleaned for a few dealers until I was able to build a decent clientele that kept me busy and that’s where it all starts. The Referrals started to come in and my clients were telling their friends about Jp and the services and being mobile. I started getting into cleaning some industrial vehicles and fleets on the weekends thinking I was just going to go the corporate style detailing and rack up fleet accounts until I got a call from a person looking for a new detailer in the valley and came across us. He was specific to Saturday mornings to get his vehicles done and told us he could get us some decent business if we can do good work and stay consistent. We would start our Saturday at 3 am by cleaning up about 20 exterior washes and get up to the East Valley by 6;30 to set up for this new client I took in. As time went on we built a solid relationship with our new client and we were getting a lot of new looks on our social media from the feeds and referrals. As of that we had to sell off our fleet and fulfill a complete Saturday for our client and his referrals as they loved us coming out. Today we are known in the valley for our show room finish detail work and ceramic coatings with a 100% self contained mobile unit to service your vehicle after its protected.
