Jarrett, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

Mission: To Create Sweet Memories While Being of Service To The Community.

The story starts with me playing baseball at Southern Universirty in Baton Rouge, LA. There I was also one who enjoyed participating in the community service events. I started to see the influence and impact we would have on the youth, simply because we were baseball players and role models in their eyes…not everyone on the team had the same feeling.

Fast forward, I graduate with a Bachelors and MBA in Business Administration. Plan A was to go to the LEAUGE, when that didn’t work out, Plan B was to figure something out.

I had the idea to start a Youth Development Program for Student Athletes at the middle and high school level which helps prepare them mentally as well as get them accustomed to being a part of the community through service.

I knew all businesses needed money to start, so the idea to sell snoballs to raise money came to me. That idea “snowballed” in to something bigger than I could have imagined and SneauxBall became a “catering company” within the first week, contracting with major business.

The mission and purpose of SneauxBall became more clear each day. SneauxBall was the “Platform”, it took the place of the athlete title. I was now able to reach, inspire, and motivate so many more people by using a sweet treat that everyone loves.

It’s all about showing individuals that look like me, talk like me, walk like me, dress like me, that anything can be accomplished if you put the work and effort in consistently. You have to believe in yourself and turn that vision that you may have into a reality for everyone to see.

Living in Louisiana is the ONLY reason I learned about snoballs and the industry. I learned the basics about the industry by simply being a consumer. From there, I would research for hours daily on the HOW, What, Why.

SneauxBall serves New Orleans Style Snoballs. Which is finely shaven, powered like ice that absorbs the bold sweet syrup flavors.

Our product, consistency, and attention to detail is what sets us apart for other within the industry.

I’m most proud of the community we’ve built by allowing the community to truly be a part of the business. Without them and the support, there is no business.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Being consistent on Social Media and becoming the face of the brand. I was able to relate the people and allow people to see the behind the scenes of the business.

So when they thought of SneauxBall, it wasn’t just the product.

I also have become a master of the craft which has allowed me to teach and provide educational resources for others interested in the industry.
