Hi Ja’Rian, thanks for joining us today. What was it like going from idea to execution? Can you share some of the backstory and some of the major steps or milestones?

Going from idea to execution is a very critical part of the process for Mr. Liggens.
For him, starting consists of defining the overall vision and all objectives & tasks to be completed, for the idea to even become tangible.
Next Step is planning;
Being sure to always maintain ethical considerations & strategic moves.

Following is development.
Ja’Rian has always excelled in putting all of the pieces together. Building a solution, if you will.
Ensuring every single aspect of the idea is prioritized.

Ja’Rian Liggens is a 31 year old man from Oklahoma City. Growing up the youngest of four children, he learned at a young age what it meant to be a hard worker.
The beginning of his entrepreneurial journey began in 2019 after moving to Denver Colorado, Starting off very small and not certain of what was to come of it.

Using skills and knowledge he gained from employment in the previous years while residing back home.
He is a proud husband and father. A man of God who has humbly allowed his faith to carry him through the trials & lessons of becoming a business owner.
After years of dedication, sleepless nights & trying times, the company has evolved into something much more special and rewarding than initially intended.
Specializing in painting and maintenance services, ‘Around the Way Jays Painting and maintenance Services’ has become his most treasured asset.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

You realize very quickly what they mean when they say, “business is relationships”.

Building his reputation relied heavily on the relationships he created. Not just with his constituents, but with his clients as well.

Has your business ever had a near-death moment? Would you mind sharing the story?

Ja’Rian would not refer to any experience had as near death for the company.
There have been losses, yes , absolutely.
There have been less equitable seasons and setbacks along the journey. But a “near death moment” translates to “almost gave up”. That’s just not something he’s been willing to do from the moment he became a CEO.
He’s been nothing short of determined to maintain progression & the successes from his determination have been astonishing.
