We recently connected with Jared Tye and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Jared thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
It’s easy for anyone to put a sign in their yard and get multiple offers on their home right now! The hard part is maximizing interest, to attract the strongest and best offers, vetting all the potential buyers, encouraging the strongest contract without loopholes for the buyer to renegotiate (or cancel) on the back end, and executing a contract which is “ironclad” for a seller. The process of narrowing interested parties and having offers revised to help the seller create and choose the best possible contract is a very intense one that requires hours on end of negotiation. It’s an exciting process though! Many sellers do not realize how tedious this process is though, and how much it matters to choose an agent who has the best process in place to maximize the seller’s bottom line, and minimize chances of fallout or renegotiation. These are things we love to do on my team. Additionally, this experience representing sellers positions us in the best possible place to negotiate for our clients whom are buyers also. We know what it takes to win a contract! We are blessed to have a team of skilled professionals, and clients who are amazing to work with.
Jared, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Prior to working in residential real estate, I was a mortgage loan officer for over a decade. This experience is very helpful to our business. The Buy With Tye Team prides ourselves on thorough communication, quick research and diligence for our clients, and a happy experience for all. Being fair to all is important to us. Hard work without morals and big picture vision would not be worthwhile.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Social media. We are very active. Most content is not directly about business. It’s just about life in general. People do business with those whom they know, like and trust. Social media is a wonderful medium to build and foster these factors.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
Money and business success are not everything. Start with your big picture goals (family, purpose, helping others) and the rest falls in place.
