While I agree these metrics are important, I believe success should also be evaluated by the long-term impact we create.
Consider the metaphor of throwing a rock into water: Our efforts may not create a big splash initially, but they can generate lasting ripples. This illustrates the importance of striving for sustainable success.
While profitability is crucial for any business, we must also think about the impact of our products and campaigns on building healthy relationships with consumers. Marketers today need to stand out with eye-catching strategies, which is valuable, but it’s essential to ensure we communicate truthful and meaningful messages. This approach fosters long-term relationships with consumers, supported by excellent customer service.
