We were lucky to catch up with Janelle Harris recently and have shared our conversation below.
Janelle, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
Being in the marketing and management field successfully for over 18 years, Janelle demonstrates dedication and passion for all industries such as medical, entertainment, fashion, media, press, and film. Knowing what it takes when production is moving at a minimum makes her among the elite, especially for success. She has helped a plethora of doctors, lawyers, Grammy award winners, producers, artists, and certified nurses to find successful jobs in the medical industry and the entertainment business. It’s no stranger to her being accustomed to research and development for the best solutions when it takes place to help professionals find their niche. She also has built several success modules over the years into multi-level money-making businesses repeatedly. These modules increased business products and incorporated management strategies to have productive office staff and entrepreneurs, which is also my specialty. A plan of action, drive, and education to rise above the competition enhances all the difference. Janelle’s passion continues to help businesses and people to catapult their belief systems into an amazing experience.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Transitioning from my comfort zone and then to realize that the transition was not easy being an entrepreneur after working a 9 to 5 , The reality is you no longer have a boss because you are your boss and now life becomes real . How do you do this overnight ? You don’t hmmm What is she saying ? It takes hard lessons and trial and error to pivot . Pivot stages comes in increments and then you learn from your losses and your winning stages. My powerful moments is when I walked away from people who didn’t believe in me and was just walking beside me for there gain. When I decided to walk this journey along things begin to shift and goals were being executed. I always inspired myself in anything I did and I waited for no one to lead . I created ideas and I manifested those ideas with my faith walk. I applied all these things at once . There is no manual to being an entrepreneur.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I build my followers by sharing my story and being transparent even if I was at my worst . I also showed them the entire process by leading by example and I didn’t stop no matter what
