Jane, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you share an important lesson you learned in a prior job that’s helped you in your career afterwards?

The most important lesson I had in a job that has helped me as a business owner today is treat others the way you want to be treated. When there is a lack of respect and leadership, your team will fall apart. I have been mistreated in most of my jobs and I never want others to feel the way that I felt. I believe that success comes from the top-down. When you have a strong leader that wants to help others succeed, then the entire team succeeds.

As I build my own team, I focus on being the best leader that I can be so that I can have a healthy and confidence team.

I am a content creator and podcast host. My goal is to help others level up in their life and create space to dream again.

I’ve always been interested in personal development and mindset.

I solve various problems through investigation and understanding the purpose of what you do.

I take time to dig deep. We all have a deeper reason for what we do.

I am proud of my passion to connect with others in a intimate way. I love to build long lasting relationships.

I also have a handmade scented soy candles business called “Divinely Disruptive Candle Co”

I love to inspire others to be the light and to share the light.

I have been fired from many jobs but my experiences only made me stronger.

I had to realize at a young age that you are not going to be for everyone.

It’s ok to be a leader and not a follower.

It’s ok to stand up for yourself even it if doesn’t always align with your team.

You will always find a new door that aligns with your beliefs.

If you can’t find a dream job, then it’s time to create it.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

Having the freedom to be yourself is one of the most beautiful gifts you can experience.

As a content creator and podcast host, it is important to be authentically you. When you create and express yourself from a place of alignment, everything you produce becomes powerful.
