Hi Jamilah, thanks for joining us today. Do you take vacations? Why or why not?
Yes, vacations are necessary. Vacations are a way I partake in self care, they help me to relax, unwind and put any struggles or obstacles on pause.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I am currently an entrepreneur and content creator best known as Adore Jamilah on all social media handles. It wasn’t always my dream to become a content creator but I found a new love for it in the beginning of 2022. A long with being a content creator I have my own beauty brand focusing on self care. My beauty brand is known as J. Shari Cosmetics, I offer handmade cosmetics, handmade body care and home products and I also offer lash extension services. Not only do I have a beauty brand but I am also a cook. My cooking business is called Eatz By Mi. Those two businesses make up for my entrepreneurial side, when it comes to my content creating journey I just begun in January of 2022, and my journey has been nothing short of amazing. I love being able to show my creativity as a build a rapport with my audience/followers. I am most proud of my. success since I started creating content. It hasn’t always been easy but I stayed consistent. The originality of what I create makes it a little easier too and is what makes me stand out from other content creators. I love everything I do and I am willing to do whatever it takes to continue building myself and my brand(s).
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I think what helped me the most when it comes to building a reputation is number one, ALWAYS being transparent with your audience and number two, staying consistent. As a content creator, once you grow your audience they depend on you to deliver and they are always expecting to see your content. As far as my entrepreneurial side, I built my reputation by always deliver quality work and products and maintaining great customer service.

I keep in touch with my clients through social media of course. When it comes to my beauty brand and cooking business I foster brand loyalty by doing giveaways, having sales and offering a loyalty point system. When it comes to my audience, I foster brand loyalty by offering giveaways when I hit a certain amount of followers.
