At Acquire JDF Corp, we specialize in serving the often overlooked and underserved sectors of real estate. Many of the properties we work with are distressed and require extensive rehabilitation, making them ineligible for traditional listings on the MLS. These homes may need everything from structural repairs to cosmetic overhauls, but we see potential where others see problems.

Jamie Franklin – Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur
Ever since I was a child, I dreamed of owning a beautiful house, a place I could call my own and decorate just how I wanted. That vision stuck with me into adulthood, driving not only my personal ambitions but also the business ventures my husband and I would eventually launch. While others were closing their doors during the pandemic, we were running in, opening our first company and seizing opportunities amidst the chaos. We ran that business for about a year, and in the midst of it, I stumbled upon the world of real estate—a discovery that changed everything.
One day, my husband showed me a short video about real estate assets, and something inside me clicked. I became obsessed with learning everything I could about the industry. I dedicated every waking hour to research for three straight days before diving in headfirst. My first five deals didn’t go as planned, but each failure taught me invaluable lessons, launching me into a future I never thought possible.
Real estate brought out a side of me I didn’t know existed. The skills I had accumulated over 20 years, once seemingly unrelated, suddenly became my greatest assets. It was as if destiny had been laying the groundwork all along. While the challenges were plenty, they forged my character and deepened my drive. Entrepreneurship, especially in real estate, is one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it’s also the most rewarding. It’s about resilience, pushing through failure, and having the faith that success will come, even when the results aren’t immediately visible.
Through sheer persistence and the unwavering support of my husband, I’ve built an incredible network of investors, consistently closed deals, and helped transform properties and lives. From selling a portfolio of 50+ properties to becoming an exclusive consultant for some of the top investors in the game, I’ve surpassed even my own expectations.
One of my proudest achievements is breaking out of generational poverty and building a company that I can one day pass down to my children. It’s not just about financial success; it’s about showing my children that dreams do come true with hard work and the right mindset. Now, as I continue to grow, I find fulfillment in helping others—whether it’s through mentoring, building up people around me, or seeing my clients succeed.
At the end of the day, I’ve learned that life is a mirror of how we see ourselves. Once I saw myself as capable, I became capable. Once I saw myself as unstoppable, I became unstoppable. And now, I view myself as one of the most inspiring investors, always pushing forward and encouraging others to see their own potential.
