We caught up with the brilliant and insightful James Moore a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

James, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

I think it starts with the desire to make a positive name for yourself and your company by being innovative and ambitious. It takes heart and discipline. One has to stay focused on success in order to be successful. It’s easy to allow negative things deter you from your mission. A lot of time has to be sacrificed. Success comes to those who want it the most.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I started out as an IT manager and a project manager. I realized that I had a passion for helping others find gainful employment. I currently hold a bachelors of science and I’m currently finishing my masters degree. I am a member of several organizations related to the staffing industry. I strive to make a positive impact while elevating my company. The main goal is to place the right people in the right positions of employment.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

I was so determined to start my business that I took equity from my home for start up capital

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

As a business owner you have to realize that you are the leader of the team of individuals that you work with and all eyes are on you at all times. I make it a point to know my staff on a personal level.
