Hi Jaleesa, thanks for joining us today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard.

I do not treat each Brand as the same, a-lot of Coaches give one set of rules for success and I do not subscribe to that.

For Example: I do not believe you should post on Social Media multiple times a day for each Brand. Each Brand has to figure out what works for them, even with Email Newsletters there is no secret formula. My angle is to educate and empower!

Jaleesa, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I started Marketing and Website Creation for Start-ups that belonged to my friends. I studied, learned through trial and error and have learned to help each Brand custom to the comfort of the owner and catered to their target audience. I have helped multiple business capitalize off Viral Content and my goal is always to assist your Brand increase visibility, create quality content and increase analytics- but PROFIT is my focus.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

When I started Jaleesa Is Magic I was a Virtual Assistant offering Social Media Management and Website Creation. As time went on I excelled in all services BUT what made the most sense was to become a Social Media Manager only. I could not meet the deadlines for my clients. I take pride in providing quality service, so the pivot was necessary.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

I have funded my business personally so far, reinvesting my profits from projects into myself.

I have learned a lot about Business Credit recently. so I will be establishing that soon!
