We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Jaime Pacheco a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Jaime, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.

I have had countless mediumship sessions where I was able to connect a client with their loved one on the other side for healing and closure. I hold workshops to help children understand their psychic gifts and teach them empowerment. One session that stands out is a Reiki client I had a few years ago. She came to me for a routine Reiki energy session. When I got to her Sacral Chakra, which is right under our belly button, I was drawn to her ovaries and uterus. I could see small masses and scar tissue. Using my gifts, I was able to decipher that this was a dangerous situation that required a medical procedure immediately. I told my client what I was seeing and sensing and advised her to make an appointment with her doctor immediately. My client told me she was experiencing pain in this area but was procrastinating going to her doctor. After her session she did make an appointment and her doctor informed her she indeed had a serious medical situation going on that required immediate surgery. My client contacted me while she was recovering from her surgery and to let me know that her surgery was successful and was grateful for my reading as this was a situation that could have been life threatening if left unchecked. Working with Spirit is something I treasure, and I am so happy I can help my clients by giving them messages when they need it the most.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I started seeing Spirit at the age of five. I would wake up regularly with energies standing at the foot of my bed. At that time, they were all shadowy figures, some short and some tall, some with hats and some with long coats. Sometimes these Spirits would travel to the hallway which I could see from my bed. I grew up disliking the dark, I slept with the tv on and the hall bathroom light illuminated at all times. As I got older, I would have things move in my room and when I went to my parent’s time and time again, they dismissed my experiences and chalked it up to a vivid imagination. I knew I was different but couldn’t explain how or why. As I entered middle and high school, I was able to turn this ability off most of the time, but every once in a while, I would feel them flood my room. I lived in a state of fear and anxiety that caught up with me the day I graduated from high school. I began having physical issues and only wanted to stay home where it was “safe.”

Fast forward to my 20’s where I decided to embrace my gifts rather than hide them. I started reading various people. I was always validated by the people I gave messages to. In my mid-twenties, I decided I would have to find answers to all of my “why” questions. I met a wonderful medium in Julian, California. This medium started offering classes to understand psychic and mediumship gifts. This is where I fully accepted my gifts and learned to harness them so I could serve other people and make their lives better.

This has not been easy for me, but as I became empowered in my gifts and learned at age forty that both my great grandmothers were psychics (thanks for “forgetting” to mention this mom and dad) I was truly able to embrace my abilities. I enjoy learning new aspects of the Spirit world. I am an ever-evolving student who now teaches others.

I am fascinated by energy work which set me off in the Reiki Healing direction. This type of holistic healing can now be found all over the world including many hospitals.

I am in awe of our soul and its purpose and I love how working with Spirit has navigated a path that I never expected.

I love putting all of who I am into helping my clients. I have clients spanning the globe and I treasure learning about how we are all connected through Spirit. I do psychic readings, mediumship readings, crystal healings, house clearings and blessings. I teach psychic and mediumship classes. I work with children on how to handle their gifts, so no child has to go through what I went through as a child. I am a Reiki Master Teacher passing along my knowledge to those who wish to “heal” others. I also work extensively with those in hospice who are ending their journey on this plane and getting ready to start a new one on the other side. I am a psychic medium that connects two worlds, it has taken me over forty years to understand this and be able to be comfortable, saying these words out loud.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

I am proud to say the best source of new clients is referrals. This year alone I have had over 60 new clients through referrals. This type of building clientele is like the tortious and the hair, but for me is the most rewarding.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I started this business when Facebook and Instagram were the two main social networks. I also know word of mouth would be a great way to build my social media presence. The way I started my business was I called up a good friend of mine, Jodi. I knew Jodi was familiar with mediumship and readings. I wanted to get a firm grasp on how my mediumship gifts worked. She set me up with people who were open to readings. I challenged myself by doing three readings back to back to back. This way I knew how to move from one energy to the next. After I was comfortable, I was able to move onto social media to expand my business. I would do Facebook Live’s to start a following on my pages. I took relevant content that I knew viewers could relate to and created posts. I made sure that I responded to each and every person who commented on my posts. I offered specials at different times of the year to draw in new clients who otherwise couldn’t afford a reading. It was a lot of hard work, dedication and validation through my readings that allowed me the gift of followers and clients.
