The workflow manual is presented to our clients that they own and can use this document as a foundation for their very own documented system unique to their company.

It was a distressing time, and while I was in the midst of leading Bottleneck through a major growth stage, I received a call that my mother had been admitted to the hospital in California. Despite the difficulties of leaving during such a critical time, I knew I had to be with her.

In a heartfelt conversation with my distant assistant, I shared the news about my mother’s condition and explained that I didn’t know when I would be able to return.
