We were lucky to catch up with Jaime Frantzen recently and have shared our conversation below.
Jaime, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
At Tall Palms Marketing Co. our mission is to support female-owned businesses and enable them to grow and elevate their presence through strategic social media and marketing. As a previous business owner of a brick and mortar business, with three locations for 7+ years, we were approached by many marketing companies over the years. We signed on to try out many of them and unfortunately did not get a return on the amount of money.
After investing so much of our funds into marketing agencies that cared so little about our small business, it was time to take matters into my own hands. I spent countless hours and days researching and learning more than my business degree had taught me in order to take over our marketing efforts and help our business thrive. We were able to scale into 3 total locations and reach an amazing amount of future clients even in a very saturated market.
From this, Tall Palms was born. I know first hand what it feels like to be just another number giving money to a big business with even bigger promises. I want my clients to always feel heard, supported and respected. I put my heart and soul into my clients and do everything in my power to help them reach as many people as possible, without spending all of their revenue.

I created Tall Palms Marketing Co. in 2021 with the goal of enabling female-owned businesses to grow and thrive in the online space! My team specializes in Branding, Website Design, and Social Media Marketing to elevate female-owned brands and help them reach a larger audience that will fall in love with what they have to offer.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
The most essential way to build your audience on social media comes down to having a strong understanding of who your target market is and what they need from you. The more you align with who you’re aiming to serve, what their pain points are and how you can fix them, the easier it will be to grow your social media. Always aiming to be solution oriented is the best way to prove the worth of your business.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
I always make sure to talk to my clients on the phone weekly and in-person monthly to continue building a great relationship and showing them how important they are to me by showing up physically.
