Hi Jai, thanks for joining us today. Can you talk to us about serving the underserved.

yes as a cyber security company(CIBERSE), we are serving the underserved community of Indian small and medium scale businesses cost-effectively and helping these small and medium businesses to protect their websites from cyber attacks which are not being targeted by the bigger firms who only target bigger organizations making millions or billion in net revenue. let me tell you a real story my uncle runs a bakery shop in Gurugram (tier 2 city in India ), and they have a cool looking website of his bakery , from which he got his 30-40 % of his total sales . but one day his website got down, as a non technical guy he don’t know anything about how website system works he just got order from his website and update on his phone thats how he got sales through website, then he contact his developer to resolve this issue ,where he got to know that his website got hacked ,developer cost him non negligible cost to restore his website but as his 30-40% sale comes through website he pays the bill , then after fixing everything just 13 days later all of sudden bakery website again got hacked and downed by hacker. at that he point he wants cybersecurity services for his website but as a non tech guy ,every where he search either the process is too complicated for him or the prices are very much high ,then the only option left for him is to permanently close the website. Which result in huge drop in his bakery sales and revenue and ultimately hia bakery shop get closed within 3 months.
There are millions of smbs who have their website and wants to secure their website from cyber attacks, but due to the fact that there are firm and company who wants to give security only to the bigger company and clients ,along with very high charges these smbs got under served.and become soft corner for hackers to hack them and steal data .

Hello there! My name is Jai saini and keeping online security in check has been an interest of mine ever since I was young.

As I am very fascinated by computers’ inner workings and networking. Cyber security was my favorite topic to study, that’s why I have done my graduation with a specialization in cyber security, I am certified by EC-Council University, USA as a certified security specialist (ECSS), Certified Network Defender(CND), and Certified Ethical Hacker(CEH).
however, the idea of opening a cyber security company comes up in my mind when I observe my uncle’s website get hacked multiple times and he fails to save his website from being closed due to some small reason like a very complicated and costly process.

so I started my own cybersecurity company called CIBERSE.COM which provides services and consultancy at very low prices and very easy-to-understand processes so that nontechnical people can understand without any difficulty. and We provide 2 testing reports one to understand graphically(Non-Technical) and one detailed report to hand over to the developer to fix the vulnerability in the website and we make this process very transparent and under every guideline.
and our company is very human-centric so we are answerable to any of your questions.

There are many resources in the market nowadays as entrepreneurship is becoming more and more fascinating to everyone, but there are some books, videos, and websites that heavily impacted my mindset and teach me how things work and what to do in every situation in entrepreneurship.

Books that you must read before even thinking of doing any business

1)The Lean Startup by Eric Ries:-this book explain all the basic, and strategies during building any startup or business like building MVP, vision, innovation in a startup, etc. Basically it teaches practical knowledge of how to do business and make it lean.

2)The growth hacking book part 2:-this book is for making strategies as this book has 100 proven tricks to grow a
business or startup, this book is divided into 3 parts
1-toolset-which describes how to use different tools like LinkedIn, Instagram, or youtube to grow your business.
2-mindset- which has tricks to get starting mindset to grow practically.
3-skillset-which has tricks on how to acquire and use skills like content writing, and advertisement making it more effective to grow.

3) Zero to One by Peter Thiel-this book is on mindset plus skillset development and best describes the market and how to survive in different conditions and how to think like an entrepreneur and take decisions.
4)Rework by JASON FRIED -this book is also on tips and tricks on each stage of building a business and after reading this book your brain will be forced to rethink itself to get the best and most effective way to do any task.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.

I met my co-founder for my cybersecurity startup in a serendipitous manner. We were both schoolmates, sharing a common interest in computer science and cybersecurity. After completing our schooling, life took us to different cities for our respective college degrees. However, our passion for ethical hacking and cybersecurity continued to grow.

During our time apart, my other friend Riddhi and I started a startup called CIBERSE. We dedicated five months of hard work to it. Unfortunately, my friend had to leave CIBERSE due to unforeseen circumstances. Determined to continue our mission, I kept searching for the right person to join me on this journey.

A few months later, while enjoying a vacation, I happened to reconnect with my childhood friend,I met my co-founder for my cybersecurity startup in a serendipitous manner. We were both schoolmates, sharing a common interest in computer science and cybersecurity. After completing our schooling, life took us to different cities for our respective college degrees. However, our passion for ethical hacking and cybersecurity continued to grow.

Our journey as childhood friends turned co-founders has been an incredible testament to the power of shared passion and collaboration.
